Great communication with updates, reminders and check-in procedures. Always on time. Greeted warmly, escorted to the service area and confirmed the purpose of the visit. Lani is wonderful. After the check up, escorted back to the front desk to pay with receipt and next scheduled appointment. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Love this place

Our family been going to Dr. Thompson for years and very satisfied with the services. The staff is very timely with appointments never having to wait. The exams and cleanings are very thorough. The hygienists and doctor always explain what they are doing and where improvement is needed. I appreciate the free toothbrush and toothpaste to boot. Highly recommend Dental Care Kapolei!

Dr. Thompson and staff has treated my Mom so well. My Mom is 91 years old and wheelchair bound. Dr. Thompson and his staff go out of their way to accommodate my Mom and treat her in her wheelchair. This type of service is unheard of and a great resource for our family.

Staff are wonderful and itβs just a calming place. Especially someone like me whoβs afraid of going to the dentist. Doctor Santiago is the man to go to. He so calm and makes you feel comfortable when his working on you. Been with him over 10 years now. And i drive from Kaneohe to Kapolei just to see him!
