The front staff is so friendly. I don't like how it's all an open concept and I can see other people getting their teeth done but that's not reflection of the business. The dentists are great and they have done wonders on my teeth in a short amount of time. I love this dentist and will keep going here! They are also great with scheduling and managing patients.

It was a first time visit for me and the entire staff was really kind and helpful. The orthodontist in charge of my cleaning worked diligently and really fast considering the condition of my teeth, VERY PROFESSIONAL! Above all I felt comfortable there even considering how many patients they were working on in the facility. These folks are pros and it shows. I’ve got a lot of work to do to get my teeth squared away and I’ll be taking my business here from now on.

The Doctors and Staff at Dental Care Kapolei are so wonderful and caring! Dr. Arakawa and my hygienist, Lani, are so kind and personable, treating me “like family” and always show they have my best interests in mind, explaining things so that I feel well informed and comfortable about the condition of, or any decisions needing to be made concerning my dental health. From the friendly girls up front, to the helpful business office in back, the DCK Team is exceptional and I highly recommend them for great dental care!

The clinic received me on time. I was there for a routine cleaning, which was proficiently done in a thorough manner without pain. I engaged in pleasant conversation with the dental hygienist throughout. After the cleaning, the dentist performed a quick exam, telling me my mouth was in good condition and that there was only one tooth that he needed to keep an eye on in future appointments. The secretary arranged my next appointment at a time satisfactory to me.
