I’ve been going here every 6 months for a year and a half and I’ve only had good experiences! Great service, the whole team is always so fun and I always leave having had a good laugh with my hygienist. I had an insurance issue and they were on top of it, making sure I wasn’t taken advantage of and were super accommodating.

Yesterday's visit was pleasant as always. Everyone, from the front desk employees to the dental hygienists and the D.D.S. are always so professional, calm, patient, and full of aloha!!! I love the flexibility they offer; many times our schedules change, so they are always so accommodating. When my schedule does not fit with my D.D.S's schedule, I can always be seen by another D.D.S. and they care enough to be thorough so there is continuity as far as our records and who sees us. There is no "break" between doctors, meaning they are not asking me questions to assess but review thoroughly before our appointments; as if the doctors are all "the same person". The front desk workers greet you with aloha and know who you are. They recall things from the previous visit, (not nosy) but genuinely interested in patients and they show that they care. I love and appreciate how gentle both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Santiago are. I never feel any pain. Dental Care Kapolei has always been my family dentist and will always be our dentist home.

We were in town with my husband's work when I developed a dull ache in a tooth. I cslled DC of Kapolei and they worked me in. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the dental assistant and the dentist were phenomenal! I have dental phobia and they so kind and sensative to that. I highly recommend Dental Care of Kapolei and Dr Johnson for your dental needs. Very profession but also very personal with care!
