I have been a client here for some time now and this place had grown through the years. As usual, Dr Scott Arakawa is very professional and knowledgeable about dentistry. His staff is awesome too, and very kind, and polite. Besides giving reminder cards, they send out text notifications and small surveys, in regards to Covid-19 protocols.
No matter how busy they are, they are willing to help me with my schedule and needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

It was a wonderful first time experience with Dr Scott Arakawa Dental Care Kapolei asa new patient,. Staff was very welcoming at the reception and checkup areas. Especially during this pandemic, felt very safe with their checking in process, wearing masks and the cleanliness of their office. Dr. Arakawa and his assistant were very thorough when examining me and made a comment to him, “for the first time, my teeth were cleaned so well.” He also took the time in explaining to me, step by step when going through the cleaning process which made me understand how important it is to floss and brush which I hardly took to heart until then!
