Dr. Loftus is the only dentist I will see. He and all the workers there are so kind and patient. I am very terrified of dentists and have a low pain tolerance with anything to do with my mouth, and they offer me gas right away, and are very responsive if I still feel pain or need more numbing shots. I have medical conditions that unfortunately affect the health of my teeth, and I'm on disability so I cannot afford to do all the fancy fixes, but Dr. Loftus and his staff still treat me as just as important as anyone else.

My appointment was for xray & cleaning. I only have partial Medicaid, so could not afford the xrays. I opted for the cleaning. Stephanie was very professional and thorough. I hope to get xrays next time.

My appointment in June 2020 was for xray & cleaning.
I still only have partial Medicaid..but opted to pay cash for both. They were very thorough about asking covid19 questions, took my temp, wore masks.
Again, I was fortunate to have Stephanie as my technician. She was professional, thorough, & conscious of moisture in the air! I will be back next week for a filling. June 2020
December 2020- appointment was for cleaning only.
Stephanie was thorough, as she was before- asking covid19 questions, taking temp. I recommend them 100%. I will be back in June 2021 for xray & cleaning.
June 2021 appointment was for xray & cleaning. Again, Stephanie was my technician. She is always professional, courteous & thorough. Always follows CDC guidelines regarding the pandemic.
Appointment in December 2021 was for xray & cleaning again. Stephanie is still superb. I will go back in July 2022.😬

I do not recommend to anyone with small children Dr. Loftus has no patience and he made that very clear while trying to force a bite block in to my five year old daughters mouth. Visibly upset ( and most likely over reacting ) with snot running down her nose as he pulled her cheek to its limit he did not once acknowledge that my daughter may need a moment to breath. Not once but twice my daughter was gagged in this process ( I might be dramatic but it was hard to watch ). I was asked to step out as they continued to attempt placing the block, from the hall I hear my daughter gagging again. As I stepped back in Dr. Loftus threw what ever was in his hands down clearly and dramatically frustrated (understandable). I calm my daughter down, wipe her nose and we are ready to proceed when I am told that Dr. loftus will not be coming back and we wont be seen that day. I told his assistant that him becoming so visibly frustrated in front of my child was unprofessional and his impatience with my child does not suggest that it was a family dental practice at all!

The technician is efficient at preparing the crown to assure perfect fit and the dentist is quick and highly. Payment options are available, helping me fit the cost within my budget.
