My son went to Dr (?) Loftus to have a wisdom tooth extracted. The office was dirty, dust all over t he reception desk. The dental assistant had to ask where the wisdom tooth is located so she could x-ray it. While extracting the tooth at one point my son was just about yanked off the chair. He developed an infection that evening. HIs face swelled. Called the office 3times the next day and the dentist didn't return his call. He went down there in person and Loftus told him he was over-re-acting. He told him he didn't have an infection where the tooth was removed. He poked at all his other teeth and told him they were all absessed (they were not) and that was the problem. He gave him an anti-biotic, told him to call the next day and he would figure something out. The next day my son ended up in the ER for 3 hours. HIs face was so swollen his eye was swollen shut. For the next 3 days he had to be treated in the ER with antibitoics thru an IV. He then went to an oral surgeon who had to open him up again, remove the infection and was given a different anti-biotic. Thru it all, my son could have had blood poisoning because this so called dentist. didn't have the decency to get him to the ER to take care of the pro blem. Instead he wouldn't admit there was a problem. The very tooth he claimed wasn't infected, was still infected when he saw the oral surgeon a week later. This is all on record at the oral surgeons office. People, DO NOT GO HERE. It could mean your life.

no stars for the trama that office put me thru. the over pricing of the services that is not even performed to completion before they demand more money. ask the office why and they respond with a number of bad excuses ; none of them true. that office hit me up for my whole xmas bonus for 5 appointments; 3 were completed leaving a cavity that was treated and paid for and then on the 4th appointment which was already paid for; hit me up for more money.spent about 10 minutes with gal poking at my teeth; that was 120.00 dallar cleaning
