I was in pain and incredibly displeased with the care provided to me. The doctor had me come back THREE times to try to afix a permanent crown, informed me that the nitrous oxide (laughing) gas was free and then charged my insurance AND each of my THREE appointments were multiple weeks apart and they refused to fix another painful tooth until the crown was on so I had to pay cash to go to another dentist to fix the matter.
Sadly, I would NEVER recommend someone I loved to their care...

For a person that doesnt like dentist, I got a warm and good vibe from Amy and Erik they made my daughter feel very calm and relaxed. They also gave my daughter Cassie Richard info about what's good to do while pregnant. Thank you for making her visit good

Dr. Loftus is super quick & compassionate! He filled 2 of my teeth & pulled two of my wisdom teeth w/sutures in less than an hour!

the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and made sure i was doing okay throughout everything. dr. loftus (i believe ) didn’t say a word to me and just started scraping my teeth and i almost starting crying from how badly it hurt. i was told i would be coming back for fillings but after this experience i won’t be coming back here.

I went in there nervous having a major fear of the dentist. They were polite, very nice and considerate of my anxiety, helping me calm my nerves. I thought they were going to have to pull out all my teeth and give me dentures, they helped me come up with a plan to keep my teeth and just get partials to help with some of my missing back teeth. Not only are they saving my teeth, they offer sedation for when they work on my teeth, and do the parials or false teeth right there in the same office.

Feeling ripped off. They charged me $116.00 to tell me that they could not help me. I told the person that I made the appointment with that I needed to be anesthetized to have a tooth pulled. When I got there everyone was very nice but without the dentist even looking in my mouth, he explained that they don't do general anesthesia. Still charged me $116. I'M on a fixed income and can't afford to waste money like this and they knew that. Other dentists don't charge if they don't help you.

Stephanie at Loftus was very kind and friendly! As usual going to a dentist isn't something you look forward to doing. But Stephanie was genuinely positive doing her job and made going to the dentist a much better experience
