Brought both my boys here to be seen and was treated as if I wasn't the parent who needed to know what was going on and was left in the dark. Noone introduced themselves to me, not even the Doctor. Noone talked with me about the procedures or what the visit entailed, noone sat me down to discuss any treatment plan afterwards and I was not at all asked if I had any questions or concerns. I basically had no idea what was going on and when I did ask a question I was ignored. The communication is not at all there and I was left very uncomfortable about ever taking my kids back. Luckily I was able to find somewhere else to continue dental care for my children.

I am shocked that rating for this dentist office isn't higher. They go above and beyond any dentist office I have ever gone to. I have been going to them for two years and can honestly report every single experience has been positive and friendly.

Getting medication refills from Dr. George Loftus is like getting your teeth pulled without being sedated. That being said, the staff are friendly, they work with you on what procedures need done, and their after care is phenomenal.

Everyone was very helpful. The dentist explained what needed to be done, so I'll know what to expect. I hope and pray that he can restore my smile. It's a shame I cant negatively rate this. The way Medicaid patients are treated is cruel. The emergency messages are bogus, if you leave 1 on a saturday 5 hours after opening on Monday they still dont have time to call you. 1 tooth extraction is all it took for me to beg my friends to never consider this place. 1 tooth exctraction landed me in the E.R. same day as the procedure. Both my doctor and I left messages on saturday, I did as well friday and Sunday. Come Monday morning I was in my primary care office. By 12:30 Monday I still had not heard a word from Loftus until I went in to let them know it NOT okay to treat people this way! If you like excruciating pain and absolutely no concern for it then this is definitely the place for you! If you like concerned staff and proper care then continue your search as it wont be found here. For 3 days I could not open my mouth. After personally telling them my experience I have still not been asked if I'm okay. 7 days later and STILL swollen with significant pain, I am not.
