This was the worst experience I have ever had with any dentist ever, bar none.
Dr. Bryan Schiavoni treated me with such rudeness and distain. I was appalled that someone in his profession could stoop to the level he stooped to. After having my teeth cleaned and made the request of not having x-rays done he came in to my room and began verbally insulting me that I did not know what I was talking about concerning x-rays and the long term effects. I again simply stated that I did not want x-rays. At that point he clearly stated "I'm just going to DISS you from my practice and will no longer be treating you". This is something you might hear from some uneducated arrogant punk, but certainly never from someone in his line of work.
About 4 days later I received a letter in the mail, signed by him that I need not show up at his practice anymore unless he would be allowed to do x-rays.
Last I heard I was paying the bill and I am the customer and they are my teeth and I have the right to say no when something is to be done to my body that I feel could be harmful to my health. Needless to say we have now found a wonderful dentist that respects my decision on how I want to be treated when sitting in a dental chair.
I recently spoke with several friends and they said they had similar experiences with Schiavoni and the disrespectful and condescending way he treats you.

I had chipped a tooth the night before and they were able to get me in the next day to see if I was going to need to have some work done. They were able to get my tooth fixed as soon as possible. Very Friendly staff and they broke down the costs of what work I was having done.
