If you live on the Palouse I’d suggest any dentistry office but this one. My boyfriend went here to get his routine cleaning and the dental technician broke his bottom permanent retainer. Instead of fixing their mistake at no charge, my boyfriend walked out of there with a bill of over $200. They refused to work with us and make this right so after getting threats to be sent to collections he paid the bill.

Dr. Sept and his dental assistant were so incredibly friendly and non-judgemental! They both had excellent bedside manner and made me feel way less embarrassed about how long it had been since I have been to a dentist. I was honestly really anxious about going in because of how long it had been but Katie and Dr sept calmed that immediately without even knowing I was nervous! They will be my dental office for as long as im in the area!! 🤩
