Donna the dental technician did a fantastic job of making sure I knew what was to be done that day. Very detailed on the care of making sure x-rays were done right and when it was time for the final checkup of x-rays, Kurt came over and let me know what else may be needed down the road.
Will definitely recommend to any new patients to the area. Appreciate the friendly service and at the desk with checking in/out. Great staff all around.

Hygienist Karen did a great job cleaning my teeth. I’ve always had great care at Bearable. I go 1-2 times a year. This time One tooth was identified as needing capped. They talked me through the process and options available. I was Scheduled to get in the following week with no issues. Great staff and service.
Later, months after the tooth procedure. I kept receiving bills from Bearable? I called and questioned the staff as to why, since I paid the balance that they quoted me after the procedure. I was told that my insurance didn’t pick up the additional cost and that I was responsible. I called to verify with my insurance Company and was informed that they( Bearable) didn’t recommend the procedure but an alternative. They informed me that they never authorized the procedure. I appealed the decision twice without success. I was stuck paying a $1200 out of pocket expense with no help from bearable. Lesson learned-always confirm pre authorization. I’ve used bearable for over 30 yrs. without issues until now. I’m looking elsewhere for dental services.
