I would love to give them 5 stars, because the dentists and assistants are amazing but unfortunately front desk...not so much. Tara and Cecelia have been the most unfriendly and inappropriately behaved people I’ve come in contact with. Constantly gossiping about patients, being rude to my husband and I on the phone for wanting to reschedule because our son was sick...talk about UNPROFESSIONAL!

I havent been to the dentist in 8 years. I informed my hygienist that. She was so kind. She walked me through everything that was taking place. The doctor gave me a list of priorities when it came to future work that needed to be done. Staff is kind and friendly. Gove them a 5 out of 5. Looking forward to going back.

I've used this office the last 7 years and am totally impressed with the professionalism of the staff and dentist I use, Dr. Medaris.
One's comfort is extremely important to them and you can feel the pride they take in their work. They are very friendly to their patients and treat you with respect and are non-judgemental. They do all they can to help you with scheduling, answering simple phone questions, working through billing and explaining insurance benefits. Everything is thouroughly explained by the dentist and his work is outstanding. You can tell the office culture is to provide their services in an honest and open manner with no surprises.

I appreciate Gentle Dental. The front office ladies are so kind and professional. The doctors are superb. And my favorite is my hygienist, Christina. She cleans so thoroughly and is absolutely sweet, gentle and amazing! I would follow her anywhere:)

They were very sweet with me, took their time, didn't feel rushed. The hygienist was amazing with her job and personality. I do have insurence so it helped with pay, I think they may be spendy by themselves but if I remember reading some if the paperwork they can see about financial assistance. Never was a fan of the dentist and I expected the usual, rough, quick, awkward, but I was surprised it was the opposite.

They listen to your needs and are very compassionate people. They truly care about your wellbeing. They map out what needs to be done in a treatment plan both on their part as well as any behaviors you need to make as it applies to self daily care. You then make your own decision from there! The office staff as well as the dental staff which includes hygentists are always behind a mask and a SMILE. Thanks for taking care of our overall wellbeing and not just my teeth.
