Gentle Dental Care North

Went to the dentist at the 12th ave office to get my wife a decent set of dentures. After reading the reviews I felt we had made a good choice. Everything went great until we actually got the dentures.Of course the whole amount of money had to be paid up front on the first visit. My wife's first set of dentures did not ever fit right and she could not eat anything with them. I wanted her to have a good set. so she would not have her mouth hurting and not be able to eat as she should. $2700 later she got a set of dentures that were by far even more worse then the ones she had before. With her old teeth she could at least eat at a restaurant if we went out, if they were glued in good.. With these teeth can't even do that. When she complained about the fit she was told it would take some time but they would feel better and they were fine. Quite bluntly I would not let my worse enemy go there for anything even a tooth cleaning. I have no trust in these folks to do anything right.

I went into the office after them squeezing me in same day and that impressed me first off. Secondly...i thought what was happening was going to be a quick simple fix but sadly it turned into basically a train wreck in my mouth. Dr J and his assistant.. The entire staff to be honest were amazing. I have a very intense level of anxiety when it comes to dentists...teeth and/or anything along that line. But they put me very at ease and not only worked on my main mast minute issue at hand.. Dr J also made sure to not leave me hanging with another very troubling tooth. The happy gas OBVIOUSLY played a part in my anxiety level going down some but the Sr and his assistant (so mad i cant remember her name arrgh) made me feel welcome... Comfy and at ease with the day that went from 45 min to almost 3 hours. My kids go to this office and i have appreciated them prior to this.. But now they get 5 stars from me and my personal experience.

Super positive experience for the dreaded dental visit. Can't say enough about the skills, the staff and the office. After Gentle Dental walk next door and treat yourself to McDonalds fries.

I found everyone very kind and helpful. The dentist and helper made me feel as comfortable as it is possible under the circumstances . I was finished earlier than I had anticipated which was good. The girl in charge of finances sorted everything out to my satisfaction. I thank everyone.

I LOVED this office. I came with my grandma to her appointment. I left with an appointment of my own. They got me in two days later. I showed up early and was taken back in 3 minutes. The location is great, close to my home, the waiting area and office is gorgeous! The hygienist (cute pregnant one) forgot her name was TOP OF THE LINE. She explained what she was doing and why and was fantastic. The woman dentist Dr. Cannaman I believe was amazing as well. Friendly and fast and throrough. The front ladies are prompt, friendly and efficient. I have never felt more at home or more welcome at a dental office. I hadnt gone for a few years because of bad experiences. This makes me wanna go back! And now my kids want to go to! THANKS FOR A KILLER EXPERIENCE! WAY TO GO **** HIGHLY Recommend.
