The dentist are great & always have been! Staff member Wendy has the nastiest attitude. i have been trying to get my child seen since around 10/2020 and had an appt scheduled showed up and said we werent on the schedule, i rescheduled for that and had a no show on my behalf. Wendy mentioned that i had too many no shows when it was only two in reality, yet they had me schedule an appt and gave me a card with the appt details, but yet when i showed up that day with my child he wasnt on the schedule? She made it aware it was important he showed up to the next appt due to "too many no-shows" and would be his last chance pretty much. I show up to his appt today at 3pm and she says she cancelled his appt because no one confirmed it? He had to take time out of his school schedule & i had to take time out of my work schedule, her voice of tone with attitude the way she said it was unacceptable! when i made the appt I told her id make sure we showed up to the appt and if anything changed i would call, i planned to attend the appt and showed up with it being cancelled....i understand they send confirmation messages for the appointment, if she had as much time to send me so many confirmation messages for the appt why couldnt she atleast send one to state the appt was cancelled so i wouldnt have wasted the time out of my work schedule to show up to a cancelled appt. Been going to this location for over ten years and will be finding another dental for my children.

Front desk very helpful determining coverage by my new insurance and getting info from previous dentist. Dental assistant and hygienist insured my comfort, very professional and friendly. Overall as good as it gets.

I'm a new patient who historically did not like going to the dentist but, I'm happy to say that my experience yesterday at Gentle Dental Care South in Nampa was excellent! Renee and Wendy in the front office made me feel at ease immediately, Terri the Dental Technician was superb and Dr. Mark McDonald made me very comfortable about my follow up course of action ! Thanks to all of you.

I went to this office for the very first time and from the moment you walk in they make you feel like family! The staff are all amazing from the front desk to each and every person you meet. I highly recommend this Dental office for all of your needs and upkeep of your cleanings!

We just moved into town and I wanted to get my kids seen by a dentist to establish care ASAP. I asked an Idaho native and she suggested a children’s dentist where my kids were too old to be seen. The receptionist there said that Gentle Dental is where all their staff goes for work so I knew this place would be good. Before I could even get to the kids’ first appointment (which, by the way, was set for only a week later! So nice to be able to actually get an appointment!) my son broke a tooth wrestling with his brother. 😒 I called immediately the next morning and they got him right in! Literally he got in the second a dentist came in! Unheard of! They fixed my poor broken toothed teen and did it in a way that he wasn’t in any pain and kept his anxiety to a minimum. Such a great experience for this poor thing to have his first tooth repair. He said he didn’t even feel the shot the hygienist gave him! What?! Wow.
Five stars. If I could have given more I would have. I can’t wait to take all three to their actual appointment!

We was late for an appointment 15 minutes and after calling them and asking why we received this letter they told us we were 20 minutes and had several 24 hour but she couldn’t give me any logging of this information if I were you I would plan on going anywhere else because this company don’t wanna work with you with the pandemic that’s going on. I’m guessing this is what they do to all their hygienist and dental assistance because they as well are all different every time you go in there for cleanings
