My first time going to Gentle Dental. I had my teeth cleaned by Christina and she did a great job. Dr Maderis was very nice and answered all my questions. I’ll be going back next week to get a crown. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel at ease, and it was a positive experience!

I had what I thought was an extremely painful cavity. Unfortunately, my dental insurance plan only allowed for me to be seen at one (despicable) office. They were not able to see me until 15 days later after I called with an acute need to be seen asap. 🤯 I called around and this office was able to see me as a NEW patient the very next morning at 8am! …as well as they accepted me even though I was considered a self-pay patient. The front office staff was just the sweetest! The clinical staff and Dr. Mark were amazing as well! Believe it or not, a lot of dental providers often times perform unnecessary procedures at an attempt for easy revenue. That being said, he took the least invasive treatment approach to my injured tooth and saved me what I was expecting to be a multi-hundred-dollar bill(which I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket but entirely grateful not to have to). I was quite literally in and out in 23 minutes with an accurate assessment and conservative, yet effective, treatment plan. Open enrollment is upon us!!! Before I left the office I made sure they accepted my dental plan. 😉

I was very satisfied with my visit here. They were very efficient and helpful when I was needing to set up my appointment as a new patient and answered any questions I had. While doing the x-rays needed, they worked with me as I have a bad gag reflex and tried their best to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
