They weren't as gentle as their name portrays them to be. My daughter says her hygienist kept stabbing her in the gums, but otherwise the care was great. Next time we go, I will remember not to stay the whole time, as the office uses fragrance that overpowers the space. Fragrance can be debilitating to some and make them very sick.

I love the crew at 12th Ave. The hygienist Teri is the best! She is very gentle and she takes the time to make sure you understand tx needs and are comfortable. Dr Mcdonald is a great dentist, very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. The gals up front are great. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

Stay away! First they said I was covered on insurance and I had a $50 coupon for a cleaning and check up so I would actually have a credit amount on my account. A month later I was billed $25 and refused to pay. They turned it over to collections. Also they said all my fillings needed replaced! The next dentist I went to said none needed replaced! I would stay far away from this place!!
