I have been using Gentle Dental for over 15 years now. The staff have been helpful and friendly. One of the main reasons I have used them for so long is there standing late Tuesday night appointments (5:30-6:00 pm) that really worked with my work schedule as I work about 30 miles away. This last visit was scheduled like usual, 6 months out, confirmed a half dozen times in the two weeks before, via text and e-mail reminders, then the day before the appointment I get a phone call to tell me the dentist will not be present to do an inspection that the latest they could do was a 4:00. It was to late to reschedule my work arrangements so went just for a clean, no inspection, afterwords was informed that they will not be offering late appointments from now on, and when I left there wasn’t anyone up front at all. I tried for a latter Friday appointment but they only work 1/2 days. Now I will probably have to find another dentist office.

The gals at the reception desk were so helpful and caring and made me feel like a long time patient although this was my first time.
The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and gentle and explained everything to me so that I would understand. Dr. McDonald told me to keep up the good work and treated me very nice. They all make a great team.

I love going to Gentle Dental. Greeted by a friendly face, and they have a comfortable waiting area but you don’t have long to get comfortable as you are seen right away. All the work I have had done is gentle and quick but highly efficient. I haven’t ever had any problem with scheduling and they are thorough and accurate with billing. You will always know the cost of any procedure up front. They are amazing. They have dentistry figured out.
