I really enjoy talking with the staff and appreciate my hygenist. She does a great job! I like that they take notes on their patients so that they can continue conversations they had with them 6 months prior. It makes it feel much more personal. Dr. McDonald is very nice and makes you feel important. They are all good at listening to you and caring about your needs. I highly recommend Gentle Dentle Care to everyone!

I've been going to Gentle Dental for at least 15 years. The front staff is always friendly and answer any questions I may have. The dental techs are thorough when cleaning my teeth. And they answer my questions about the condition of my teeth. Recently, one of my crowns broke and Dr McDonald said he had come to not like the material he had used for my crown. Dr McDonald redid the crown with better material and didn't charge me anything for the visits to fix the crown or for the crown itself! High five for Gentle Dental!
