Great dentistry for patients with Medicaid (under 19). Dr McDonald is good, but the newer guy the got isn’t as good as he hurt my kiddos a few times during fillings. The office staff is usually very helpful, and knowledgeable. I gave 4 stars since I wouldn’t recommend them if you have other insurance and can go anywhere but for basic preventative care they get the job done well.

I hate going to the dentist, so I have been avoiding it for the last year or more. I decided to give Gentle Dental a try because a family member knows Dr. McDonald. I am so happy I did! Everyone was so friendly! Renee at the front desk, Christina, the dental hygienist I had, and Dr. McDonald were all awesome. I’m happy to have Gentle Dental as my new dental office!

*Update* They moved to a new location but the only thing that changed was the building. The new office is very nice. The staff from the front desk, dental hygienist to the dentist's are still AMAZING!!

They got me in last minute for a cleaning I called initially to reschedule. I got there called per instruction and someone came and got me immediately. My hygienist was great. Very thorough and efficient. Kept me knowledgeable of what I can do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Great work, great staff. Go see them!!!
