On a scale of 1-10 as far as anxiety levels when visiting the dentist Iβm a solid 12. So much so that Iβve caused myself even more problems by not going regularly. Today was my first visit to Williamette Dental and I saw Dr Rowberry. For the first time EVER, I am not anxious about return visits. He was funny, he went over my treatment plan in detail with me and I didnβt feel embarrassed about my over the top anxiety or the condition of my teeth. The hygienist (Valerie) was nothing short of amazing. She was gentle which is HUGE for people with anxiety. By gentle I mean, I barely knew she was poking around in there. I will request her for all future appointments. After reading reviews I was even more anxious than usual and almost talked myself out of going but Iβm glad I did. Iβve finally found a place where I feel comfortable and can move forward with my treatment plan. As far as pricing and insurance, I feel like they have the best pricing and my insurance information was already taken care of prior to my visit which was nice. No daunting stacks of paperwork to fill out. I am so pleased with my visit and for the first time in my life have no anxiety about my upcoming appts. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ.

I'm tired of seeing all the BS on this dental office. People are just mad because they can't get scheduled for the time they want. The dentist is actually quite friendly here and assertive. Also he is the dentist for all the patients at this location limiting his time.
I've been having dental work done on my mouth for over 30 years and this is by far the best work I've received. If you just want low tier dental work and to get in quickly you should go somewhere else, but if you want quality dental care by a good physician go here.

Loved my dentist appointment! Walked in nervous walked out with a smile.

My family and I have been going to Willamette for 4 years and honestly we have NEVER had any issues with staff or dentists in the office. Everyone has always been kind and caring. I will say, I too do not like calling the 800# as I feel talking to the office is much more personal. But I will not allow that to reflect on how I feel about the office.

I actually find these people hard to work with. When my 16 yr old daughter got her braces, they over charged me by $150. Instead of refunding me the money they credited my account. Realistically, that money should pay for 10 office visits. Every time we go in, they try to charge us the $15.... and it is impossible to get a print out of my account. They make me call someone out of state to do that. I shouldn't have been over charged to begin with.
I've asked repeatedly about my 18 year old's wisdom teeth. One dentist says one thing, the orthodontist says another and I am constantly handed off to other people to answer my question of getting them removed. I have seen her x rays...and I can see with my un-trained eye that they NEED to come out. (this pic is NOT her, but sure looks similar).

Dr. Rowberry is so kind and patient. He takes the time to explain everything and is mindful of my anxiety. The hygienists are all very sweet and patient as well. The receptionists are also very kind. The office itself is very clean and well taken care of. I have nothing but great things to say about Willamette.

Likely 2nd to worst dental office visit I've ever experienced. The funny thing is, the clinical staff was actually mostly pleasant and seemed to do a good job. However, the office is extremely dull (more on this later), the wait was exceptionally long in the office, scheduling/rescheduling was a nightmare with 7 people in my family to juggle and the front office staff was like a robot in which we felt like a number being processed. That same feeling was present every time I called in to schedule an appointment (side note - there is no easy way online to do this process!). It is all done through a call center and getting through to the Twin Falls office seems to be an impossibility.
As far as the environment, there were no TV's in the patient rooms which makes it difficult for bringing multiple children to an appointment. In the front office, they had a TV playing a loop of endless Willamette corporate propaganda and advertisement. My 16 year old daughter sat through this experience in the waiting room by herself for ~45 minutes while I was back with another kiddo. The environment felt like a mental institution with sparse furnishings and nothing on the walls to brighten the experience and make you feel human.
I should have never switched from my other dental insurance plan and in March of next year - I plan to switch back! Never to return to Willamette or recommend them to any friends/family in the area. It also looks like they participate in the Press-Ganey review system, so I'll try to leave my disappointing feedback there as well.

I had the worst experience of my life with this office. They couldnβt get my billing right. Whenever I made a payment the invoice showed I owed more than before, the office manager would act like u wasnβt even there and to top it off my daughters still had buck teeth when she got her braces off! Luckily they put them back on for free but...charged me for x-rays she wouldnβt have even needed had they not needed to put them back on. Still not happy with the results but when I took her to another orthodontist, sheβd have to have a full set of braces for another 2 years. If your looking for an orthodontist Braces Rβ Us is the place to go.

I would highly discourage people in using the orthodontic services. Unless you want to constantly go in because of brackets falling off and springs breaking (not from eating hard foods). Also giving them full details when scheduling an appointment, paying for the visit, then being told the doctor is on vacation and he is the only one that is allowed to fix the problem. Trying to schedule an appointment is also a very poor process.

Will only clean our teeth once a year. Even the ADA recommends twice a year. This place is a joke. Wonβt do a crown for my wife till she has a cleaning and waits six weeks by then it will be a root canal. Weβve been paying for over a year and now they also claim they canβt confirm we have insurance. What a disaster of a business.
