If I could leave no stars I would. They are sc artists. I was working out of town in the area when I had a tooth crack. They waited a month to call me back. (Enough time for my tooth to become infected) After they said my insurance would not cover any charges they charged me over $1600. Then several months later they sent me a bill for another 1000 saying my insurance denied their part.

STAY AWAY!
I’ve had so many problems over the years-from being prescribed medicine I was allergic to on to poor customer service. Went in January because my crown cracked. The office manager told me it was covered under warranty. When I came back a week later for a pre-op eval, one of the administrators said it wasn’t covered and I would pay another $1000. I told her she needed to confirm with the office manager. She came back and stated the office manager would be confirming with the lab my warranty and would call me with an update. Since then, I’ve been waiting on an update and NOTHING! Every time I call, the office manager sends a message through someone else that she’s “advocating” for me. It’s March 30th and I guess I’m still being advocated for…I’ll never be back.
