I need pre-med to get dental work done and have for 10 years. This is the only dental service I have been to that calls me ahead of time to assure that prescription is ordered. I have always had to remember it myself anywhere else in three different states. The prices, service, expertise, concern for excellence is here!! Cleaning, exam, dental procedures excellent beyond any other.

Dr. Hicks is gentle and listened to my concerns. I've had 2 friends tell me she is excellent with taking wisdom teeth out. The hygienist are friendly and also very gentle. Reception desk thinks outside the box to give you the best savings and customer service, and are knowledgeable on Care Credit and savings plans that pretty much pay for themselves your first visit. Overall, a very good experience

Esp on my most recent visit, despite the nerve wrecking state of the pandemic, I was able to safely receive the care I needed. I felt safe, and they were well prepared.

I was not given a thorough exam or any cleaning. During my visit Dr. Vinh Hicks only took an x-ray the left side of my mouth and did not bother to thoroughly examine my other teeth. Dr. Hicks also did a cancer screening on my mouth and I was not given any protective eye wear for the UV light; she only told me to close my eyes because the light is bright. At the end of my exam Dr. Hicks told me everything was normal and basically dismissed all of my concerns. However, I know this is not true as I had a dental exam in March 2020 and the dentist told me I needed fillings. I am in need of a cleaning and other dental work but I was not able to get an appointment for another 4 months.

Except for the cost of good dental services (in general) the visit and respect were great.

The ladies are very caring. Dr. Hick is smooth. Only dentist that has been able to give me crowns and fillings without the use of pain meds. (My choice not hers) other dentists started out without pain med but ended up having to get it. My kids enjoyed their trips to the dentist too.

I recently moved to Champaign, Illinois and needed to find a dentist. Baytowne had good reviews so I decided to give it a try and wasn't disappointed. My initial exam was very thorough and everyone was very professional and friendly. Impressed overall and glad I made the choice. Would definitely recommend.
