I had an appointment at 11:30 and didn’t get taken back until 12. The hygienist was kind and prompt with taking X-rays/pictures. I then sat in the chair until 12:45 waiting for the dr to come to examine my teeth before a cleaning. It wasn’t until I told staff that I needed to leave that she finally came to do an exam. Throughout the entire hour and 15min I waited, no staff member apologized or even communicated to me why the long wait. As a healthcare provider, I am sensitive to busy schedules and emergency appointments, but the total disrespect for my time was unbelievable. I am very disappointed because it seems like so many clients have wonderful experiences here, but this was not the case for me.

The whole team here is excellent! Paulina, the receptionist, was wonderful and friendly as she took me through next steps and payment plans. Nothing bad to say about this experience!

I went in for a check-up only and they were friendly and honest, which I appreciated. FYI - I haven't had any cleaning or orthodontic performed yet, but the doctor did thoroughly explain what I needed.

Loved this place. Very friendly and welcoming staff and felt taken care of the entire time. The staff took their time to make sure I was comfortable and were very responsive to any questions I had. Looking forward to coming back.

My experience with Art of Modern Dentistry has been wonderful so far! I had not been to a dentist since before the pandemic and was in need of some TLC. Paulina was extremely helpful in setting up appointments that best fit my schedule and ensuring the proper insurance coverage. The dental team made me LIKE going to the dentist! My mouth has never felt better and my teeth look great! Looking forward to my Invisalign next!

Dr. Daftary used the r-word in a casual context when describing her general struggles with the electronic medical records software. Her doctor-patient “small talk” included an unprompted 5-7 minute rant about how “all male dentists are weirdos” and that the healthcare system is totally broken and full of perverse incentives. Very weird experience.
