WOW !!! Where do I begin.... the office is clean ..love that! Dentist/assistants and front office are all so very nice and professional. Now for the big Why I love this dental office. For years I could not smile due to a denture not fitting correctly and then medicine made my lower teeth so soft. They fit me with a new one and i was almost in tears as it fit so well!!!!! No glue YIPEE!!!! They sent it back to the lab till I was comfortable with it and i cant praise themm enough...I can finally smile once again and i truly mean that. Even thou during my course of treatment plan I had three different dentist,they were all polite,professional,caring and knew everything about my mouth. They explained everything to me and even referals to a oral surgeon..I cant praise them enough!!! Thank you for letting this 60 year old lady smile again....i missed my smile....

Everyone was so nice- I’ve never had such pleasant root canals :) The dentist was so kind and gentle and everyone else in the office and dental techs were awesome!! Thank you!

The dentist I seen was overbooked, I waited 40 + mins to get my fillings, they kept giving me shots to numb my mouth and I feel they didn’t wait long enough for the numbing to work. And then I was rushed out of the chair because they didn’t have time to do the job after all of that. This isn’t the first time I was rushed into a filling before numb.

From the front of the house to the back, every single person I have encountered has been amazing! Dr Kaur has THE BEST bedside manner and explains things in a way that put this 41 year old scardy cat at ease! The hygienist that accompanied her for my appointments yesterday and today is top-notch as well! And the girls up front handled a very difficult family member today with style and grace. Working in healthcare during Covid has been nothing short of a nightmare for most of us, but the staff at McHenry Dentist really shine when dealing with the people who come in ready for a showdown. Kudos to you all, you are one heck of a team! I wish I could hug you all!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are all amazing!

This was one of the most positive experiences I've ever had in a dentist office. The girls in the office were wonderful, the assistances were aware of what needed to be done and they were there for you and the dentist was beyond words. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anybody.

I normally love this place I take my kids here and they have never had an issue. I went in today for a cleaning and I have never had so much pain in my life. I mentioned my teeth didn’t feel polished and she would go in and clean my gum line Until they bled like she didn’t understand what I was saying. My teeth still feel gritty and not cleaned well after my 2 second polish and super rough floss job.... So disappointed I’m not sure who the hygienist was but OUCH 😣

Wonderful experience with Dr. Bhow! My tooth cracked and half fell out but she was able to save it and put a crown on it. I was a bit nervous as I've never gotten a crown before but she was so sweet and knowledgeable. All turned out great! Highly recommend seeing her for your dental needs.

After spending almost three months fighting fraudulent charges that they sent me a bill for, My family took my children in to the office where the dentist performed unauthorized procedures ON MY CHILD!!!!!! Seriously considering legal action and do not recommend this dentist. If you go, triple check everything as I am almost 100% sure they are committing insurance fraud in a big way.

The worst dentist we have ever been too! It has taken 4 separate visits for my husband to get a crown. Not enough time. I went in for a cleaning and they didn't have enough time. Glad I took off work to hear that. There excuse is NOT ENOUGH TIME?? Go else where!!!

Very clean and friendly. They did amazing with my daughter as well has my husband and myself! I was in bad pain from another dentist and they were able to help ease the pain in one simple visit! They get you in quick, and the office lady’s are nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
