Horrible practice. They are slow to get you in the door and quick to get you out. Bad job cleaning teeth, dentist guessing what is wrong, drilling old fillings for no reason. Took them 4 months with one cancelation they did to me the day prior to find out I needed a root canal. Went to my old dentist and just paid out of pocket, and it was day and night with professional work done.I would never recommend going here.

I have had the best experience with The Mchenry dentist! Between my dental work and my children, we have had wonderful care and really great results! The front office is helpful and kind, and the Dentists and assistants and hygienists are all so gentle and informative about every procedure being done. I really recommend having your dental work as well as the whole family done here!

I went here and my experience was horrendous. They made light of an Eating Disorder I experienced and threatened me with my teeth falling out if I didn't come in. I have severe dental anxiety and they didn't make that any better. She was rude and just plain mean to me. I explained my monetary setbacks and made light of it and said it didn't matter and that they were going to stop seeing me because it was obvious that I didn't care. Don't come here it's not worth it.

This office is so nice! I haven’t been here since they remodeled and it turned out awesome! Dr Kaur and her assistants were so great and filled my cavities with little to no pain! Caitlyn up front was so wonderful when rescheduling my next appointment for my cleaning! I can’t recommend them enough!

From beginning to end (7-27-21), the professionalism was excellent. Step by step, information always given. Dr. Bhow is the best. I brag about The McHenry Dentist to all my friends. My last appt. is 7-27-21 for delivery of my dentures. The practice set was awesome. I would recommend The McHenry Dentist to all. Thank you for everything. From the receptionist to the assistants to the doctor - all GREAT.

I have been I. The dental field for 15 years. I am now a stay at home mom and gave them a try. I needed a crown which every dentist should be able to do by the book. This office has no clue what they are doing. The drs and assistants lack so much dental knowledge it’s terrifying that they actually work on patients. Glad I had the nerve to walk out of the chair before they could do any damage. HORRIBLE. Would not wish them in my worst enemy.
