It's a pleasant experience in this office. They are friendly and competent. One thing I like is that they ask if you want a certain service performed BEFORE they do it. I like the option of deciding if I want the service or not.

I'm a new patient, looking for a dentist that took my insurance, FOUND McHenry Dentist, what a wonderful group of personal. Everyone was very helpful. I need two crowns which my insurance doesn't cover,so they were able to find a Prosidentis that takes my insurance

I just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday. The Nurse was so incrediblely nice! I practically broke her hand I was holding it so tight! But the dr. dentist who pulled my teeth was so beyond rude. I'm very scared of needles so when he went to numb my teeth I pulled back, being scared. He got mad told me he wasing going to do it If I didn't stop being a baby.. Excuse me? Sorry I'm scared and don't want a needle in my mouth. When he pulled the needle out of my mouth after numbing my gums he stabbed the needle into my arm and just says,"opps my bad." How inconsiderate can you be?? Asked him to stop so I could breath. He didn't. Just kept going. Overall I cried the whole time. He was rough, rude and no bedside manners. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the nurse was so nice! Otherwise I'd give it -9stars!
