Everyone's Family Dentist

If I could give zero stars I would. What a joke of an office. I went here on a recommendation from a friend and I regret every second of it. From the time the doctor entered the “room” my four year old wanted nothing to do with him. My little guy is super outgoing and chatty with everyone. He knew immediately this doctor was a bad choice. Not only did he scold me for the “condition” of his teeth. (He has a couple cavities) but also made sure to tell me that by my “allowing” an ENT to drain a dental abscess during a tube placement, I allowed this ent to do major damage to his mouth. Then, he continued to yell at my son who was scared to death becIse he was being treated as an exhibit for the other doctors to look at. After the second doctor left the “room” (basically a small corner with a folding chair, dental chair and a tray) he yelled at my son who didn’t want him putting anything in his mouth. By the way, when discussing a patient in front of a parent, in a different language, please be aware than I may speak English but I may also be fluent in other languages. Just a hint on that. We left with the doctor giving us major attitude and was so rude from start to finish, with me in tears and my son begging me to never bring him back there. He even said to me, “I’ll never be bad again, just never bring me here again.” FOUR YEARS OLD. Regardless of how a patient walks into an office, it’s the doctors job to at least help the patient. I also liked seeing hygentists and doctors with their feet up on trays and chairs on their phones gossiping about other patients. That was super cute too. This man did nothing than sign a paper and give us a printed out sheet with a phone number to find another office. It was freaking amazing.

I would like to add, after seeing another doctor today, he totally contradicts what the dentist told us yesterday. What he told me was wrong cannot even be determined without X-rays and a better, more clear look at the mouth.

Do not use this office. The front office staff is very nice but once you go into the back, it’s a whole different world.

First time client, last time client. I have never been to the business before, and had gotten lost. Didn't matter. Was refused to be seen. I was never warned about their "policy" that if you're more than 5 mins late, no matter what the circumstances are, you will not be seen!
Thank you for wasting my gas, time, and leaving me in pain.

I need a tooth to be extracted. Dentist refused to. Told me I need to go to Chicago for any form of work to be done. I told the dentist that I wanted the tooth to be pulled and got told also that I don't want a whole in my mouth. That should be my decision not hers. Why bother being there if you don't want to do the work. Another patient pry to me the dentist refused to do any treatment because the patient ate prior to the appointment. Really.

I was in pain and they showed mercy.
They took an emergency extraction. Keep in mind that they don't have to. Decency and kindness are the treatment you find here.

The female dentist pulled my teeth without an issue. The hygienist told me that I didn't need the thing to squirt water in the hole to get food particles out, because 'food wont get in it', which is a lie. She is clueless and needs to be fired or educated. Now, my issue is the female receptionist, and her manager. I can't magically pull $500 out of my ass to pay for an expander, and the manager made sure to rub it in my face, several times.as she was telling me about the procedure. The receptionist was rude and I'm currently filing a complaint against her...I had to click on a star in order to post this.....

Very clean friendly Staff and huge waiting room

I was here about 4-5 years ago. Had a long wait time only for them to do X-rays and tell me I needed several teeth extracted and that they couldn’t do it and referred me to Chicago which was completely back booked to the point they didn’t even Answer their phones so I’m going on 5 years with teeth still not extracted cause no oral surgeon accepts Medicaid/Medicare

Worst place EVER!!! Son had braces put on and some fell off a few days of having them on. They wanted to charge me 150.00 put repair the ones that should have never fell of in the first place. Had them take them off. Don't come here! Find someone better. WORST PLACE EVER.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. The lady at the desk just kept coming up with excuses to reschedule everyone’s appointment. Appointment was at 9 they don’t even let you in till you call and check in which they let the phone ring until 9:10.

I love this dental office!!! Myself & 4 of my children ages 13 to 16 all are seen here, staff is awesome & very helpful!! Highly satisfied with all dental and orthodontic work we have had done. I would recommend to anyone needing great dental care with wonderful experiences each time!!
