Everyone's Family Dentist

Went in today, 12-30-21, because for the last 3 days I've had unbearable pain in my upper right part of my jaw due to my wisdom teeth(the upper and lower are touching and the pressure from my teeth clenching while I sleep is causing alot of issues) that needed to be removed. I am 30 years old, have a huge issue with dentists and doctors as a whole, not really a fear, I just don't like them since they tend to be a mixed bag as a profession... heard some stories about this place as well, which also were mixed... regardless went in for a simple visit, the front desk lady was polite, and seemed very kind, didn't wait around long as I filed my paperwork out(and they were moderately busy too), was taken back by another young lady who also was very polite. They took a surround xray, and than took me back to a room to have a seat... waiting maybe 10 minutes for the dentist to come poke around my mouth and listen to my issue... referred me to an oral surgeon which is expected with wisdom teeth and the type of extractions I needed. They even prescribed me some pain killers so I could actually deal with the pain long enough to eat something. The only issue I had was the fact I had to call the office 3 times to get them to send out my script... which is nothing... overall pleasant experience and will go back since they are one of the few dentists that accept medical card dental.

NO STARS WOULD BE GIVEN IF ALLOWED...
Went to see them at the start of Dec 21 they said I needed a deep clean which would require ins approval that could take a few weeks. Said if they do not cover it they recommend I pay for it out of pocket, which I'm good with cause I'm in a lot of pain. So I wait. Call back in end of Jan 22 with no answer of if its been approved they are still waiting for the INS I was told. Call in March. They say still waiting.. Called back a few days ago to be told it was sent off to the INS in March not Dec when I had my appointment like I was told. Not at the End of Jan like I was told.... Told the other day that is how this office works. They have people from home taking calls which does not give them the information needed to help with calls from clients. WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER!!!! Wont be back...

Dr. Pai is absolutely amazing. He's professional and willing to give you the best service without cutting corners. He made sure I got an appointment before he had to leave on a family emergency. Now that's dedication to his patients.

don't go here. don't bring your family here. you will get hung up on, you won't get helped, you will sit there waiting for God knows how long, you can't ask for a time frame they won't give it to you. i have seen people in and out of there appointments before even having my named called to go back after sitting in the waiting room for almost an hr

Wife went in for appt at 3, they told her they couldn't verify the insurance, did not call the actual insurance company after being given the card and then turned her away, I called my insurance company who then called the office and verified all was good. She then gets a call back from someone who doesn't even work at the front desk asking for insurance info to set up another appt. Then says they cannot get her back in until Friday because they are too incompetent to actually figure out an insurance billing. Ridiculous and obviously employees are not being trained, even after I did the legwork and my insurance company called and gave them all the policy info and faxed authorization.

My family has had the best dental office experiences here. Friendly staff and wait time is no longer than u would wait at any other dentist/doctor office. Took my son here last year for his first dental exam and the dentist and dental assistants were very patient with him for he his very shy and it being a new experience for him. My husband has also had 2 teeth pulled here and both times he had amazing experiences with little to no pain during and after extraction. Overall best dental office experience ever!

We have been coming here for over a year now and travel an hour to visit Dr. Lokesh. My little one need a few cavities filled and Dr. Lokesh is always extremely patient and takes his time. He eases whatever fear she may have. He also always makes sure she's okay and not in any pain or discomfort as he goes along. The staff are always very friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!!

I'm am going thru a process with them that is time consuming but I am nothing but happy with the service and treatment I have experienced here. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and have always taken the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable. My dentist is wonderful! I recommend them to anyone who asks me about where to go in the area. There are always going to be people that for whatever reason, you cannot please them, but I believe in recognizing the positives... Our world is negative enough. That's not to say that situations do not come up that a patient is very unhappy about. So far my experience has been nothing but good. I do many reviews and I was happy to do this one.

As an update to this review, I can only reiterate everything I previously said. I am very happy with my entire experience here. Everyone here deserves to be recognized for the top notch treatment and professionalism. I can't thank them enough!

Great dentist office! Covers all insurance.

My son is (was) a patient here. He was accidentally hit in the mouth with a baseball bat by a friend on Saturday afternoon, and I called Sunday morning. I knew they were closed but most places have an emergency line. Not this place. I left a voicemail after the weird automated recording saying my son had broken teeth and he needed to be seen as soon as possible. I didn't get a call back until Monday at 10am. Thankfully I've recently been able to get him off the medical card so by that time I'd already gotten him a same-day appointment with my dentist. If you're a patient here and have an after-hours emergency, good luck.
