Everyone's Family Dentist

Went in for what was supposed to be a simple filling. Had to go back twice to get it fixed, was not caring at all about it the second time around and it still is not fixed. I will be going somewhere else where they calmly listen to their patients and fix their issues.

My son and I went to Everyone's Family Dental for the first time yesterday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! It was very clean inside and all of the staff was super nice and helpful! The room was even decorated super cute with a shoe clock and fun little shoe stickers and sayings, it was very inviting! I would defiantly recommend Everyone's Family Dental to any other adult or child! They were very gentle and patient. They were also very informative and answered all the questions that I had. We have already made our next 6 month appointments. I and so glad to finally have a great dentist locally!

The staff are inept and incredibly unprofessional. The waiting room consists of ripped, metal and pleather folding chairs so be prepared to just wait in your car... even prior to Covid. The whole operation is a hot mess. We have had multiple visits and each time I walk out wondering how they stay in business. I’ve only ever had private insurance and I’ve never been treated this way. Unfortunately, they are the only office in the area that accepts Medicaid... you get what you pay for. They treat people less than. The dental care has been adequate if you can get past the office staff. My foster daughter had an appointment scheduled that was then cancelled due to Covid. Understandable. When their office opened back up, we made an appointment right away as we had already been waiting a long time even prior to the pandemic. We finally got there and the staff had scheduled with the wrong doctor. Apparently the other doctor wouldn’t see her although he would have been capable of doing the procedure and she had an appointment with him, but....ok? I’ll forgive and acknowledge that accidents happen. I asked, “so when can we get another appointment since we’ve already waited 6 months to get THIS appointment?” The answer: 6 MORE WEEKS. You messed up and the soonest appointment is 6 weeks from now? Fine. We will take it anyway. As previously mentioned, you will want to wait in your car. ALSO... be prepared to wait in your car for the duration of the ENTIRE appointment. A 12 year old in the US can get an abortion without parental consent, but God forbid your 17 year old be left at her dental appointment while you get gas!!! They literally called as we pulled out of the parking lot and said that we would have to reschedule the appointment that we waited 7.5 months for because her parent left the parking lot! What?! Beg, borrow and steal to get an appointment with another office. Their hipster Holiday parties might be lit every year as everyone working there is approximately 23, but their waiting room is in the same shape as their professionalism-dirty and overwhelming ugly.

The dentists here and assistants are very friendly and work efficiently as well as quickly. They also take notice to your sensitivity in your mouth and do what they can to work around it and help give you the best experience!

Dr. Agrawal was very efficient and did a phenomenal job. Highly reccomend this dentistry to everyone, they will have you out in no time! Don't bother looking anywhere else!

I had a great experience. I was seen promptly. All of the staff were very polite and informative. I take my children there as well. My daughter is seven and had a filling performed. She was not scared at all. They helped her feel calm and informed her of the procedure. My family will definitely go back.

Waited a hour over appointment time. X-ray done. More waiting, the lady Dr comes in checks your teeth for a minute, Than out the door. Useless. The only way to return is to dish out money that they break up into 4 different appointments, that's until they actually get to the real problem.

This place is wonderful. I love the staff here. My dentist, Dr. Mahmoud Salameh is amazing. He always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain things to me so I understand what’s going on and why. Shout out to Morgan, Lilly, Ally, and Mariah for being great and friendly. I definitely recommend this facility.

A different office really messed my daughter's tooth up when it broke, it was actually hurting her. Came here and wow wish I found this place sooner. Great staff. Very very pleased with the care given. I cried happy tears after my daughter was done couldn't tell she has a fake tooth now. Looks wonderful and no pain. She usually hates the dentist, she loves this one. He is wonderful with kids. Recommend this place to everyone. Place is clean, friendly, and takes pride in there work. Thank you. Daughter has a wonderful smile. She even smiles more not trying to hide tooth anymore.

The staff is nice and friendly. If you're uncomfortable they'll take notice. They'll explain what they are doing and why. When scheduling my next appointment they usually have morning and afternoon options available which is good for me and my schedule. They also give me a phone call a few days before my appointment for a reminder. Waiting rooms have Tvs and magazines for distractions while waiting. It's also nice that they have both an orthodontist and dentists in this establishment.

The wait is a little long sometimes and other times it's right away, but I'm sure that's how most other places are as well. So waiting time varies. Patience is a virtue.

Overall, this place is great and meets my expectations. I would recommend it to others.
