Everyone's Family Dentist

Do NOT go here. First i waited for over an hour to be seen then when they took me back i waited for another 20 minutes. For a “cleaning” all they did was file off my gums and now they’re bruised and bleeding. they didn’t floss or do a fluoride coating, absolute worst service.

I like the flexibility of appointments, later office hours, friendliness from the staff, kid friendly and patient staff, and the fact they have flexible payment plans if needed. If they can't take care of something in their office, they can find an office that can help and takes our insurance. Oh, and it's always clean!

Waiting since November to get in to see the oral surgeon. They kept pushing us back further and further. Called today and said they don't know when the oral surgeon will be in next. Told them to take us off the list and we will find another office. If you like Waiting and getting the run around, this is the place for you.

The dental assistants and dentists are always kind and personable. The dentist does great work. Our whole family has been very satisfied with our experience.

Not happy with this place. been there about 5 visits and 4 out of them they treat us poorly. one time they didn't see me even though I was in tears with pain they had told me the wrong time for my appointment, they admitted their mistake but Dr. still said he won't see anybody else (found out two days after with another dentist I had an infection)I left crying and they did not care. Took my Son also another time and the crown fell off twice. then another time doing a filling they cut a little of his tongue even though he was so still and calm. then another time they refuse to do work on my daughter after they had put anesthesia becasue she cry then even though she calm down on her own they refuse to work on her and send her home with a numb mouth and no work done.

I haven't been to the dentist in nearly a decade. And I am horrified of dentists. Granted I see below in other reviews people had poor time. Though my time was the polar opposite. Everyone was patient with me. I was treated greatly and wasn't scrutinized because I went through medical card. (Yes people, it's hard to believe some people actually can't afford things and GENUINELY need help. Shocker.) The nurse? dental assistant? I am unsure. Long brown hair. Wore it up. Pink scrubs. Regardless of my atrocious mouth, she was respectful and made me feel completely comfortable and spoke to me the majority of the time about life and such. The doctor was very nice too. Wasn't judgmental even helped me out on some things to help me better understand and walked me through the process of things. Needless to say. I have a long road to be where I need. But I am happy I chose to drive an hour out of my way to this place. :)

Dr. A & staff were SO kind & professional. Going back today & not scared lol.

They accept Medicaid, Friendly courteous staff made intake registration and initial examination a good experience. They clearly explained my problems and procedures I needed. Making follow up appointments was fast on the way out. My second visit was about 1 month after the first and l opted to have a tooth extracted in stead of a root canal. The procedure went well, I felt it only because the root of the tooth was so embedded in my jaw bone. Maybe I should have done the root canal.! My third visit they repaired a front tooth and warned me it may need a root canal in the future. I have two more appointments in May, back to back days, 6th and 7th of May. Looking forward to having the rest of my cavities taken care of...

I was in town visiting starved rock and I broke my tooth. They got me in same day and left with a smile. The doctor was very good and gentle. I got to meet the manager Amanda she was super nice. A little bit of a wait but that's the case with any doctor's office. It would have been nice if the TV was working. Overall good experience!

This office is a joke from the office space to the staff. There are 9 chairs in the waiting room which are always full and no room to stand anywhere. Worse than that is the rude staff. We had interactions with several staff members and they were all abrupt and condescending when we asked legitimate questions about procedure and billing. We were not the only unhappy patients, we witnessed on two separate occasions, people walking out due to behavior of the staff and billing mixups. If we could find another facility that accepted the medical card thus close to home we would definitely be going there instead.
