Everyone's Family Dentist

This dentist office is a beyond words for me. I had 6 cavaties that needed fillings and they broke them up between three appointments over the span of 5 months! The ladies at the front desk never really gave me an issue, but they treat me like I’m a child because I’m 19 (which is highly annoying). The waiting room is very very small and I usually end up sitting directly next to a complete stranger which I hate. The office has absolutely no privacy and the assistants and doctors act like I’m an object rather than a human being. I have been there for 5+ visits and I think the dentist that gave me my filings literally has said 3 sentences to me. They always seem to rush me in and out of the office & never asks me questions. It was a pretty big joke when I went in for my braces consultation and I didn’t even speak with the doctor about my concerns. I wish there was anywhere else I could go that my insurance would cover. I just want to be able to talk to my dentist about what I think and not be ignored the entire process. Not to mention the fact that I waited over an hour EVERY SINGLE VISIT.
They literally make you feel like you’re waste of time rather than a human being or a patient.

Dr Roya and staff are the best! I have anxiety with dentists pretty bad but I feel comfortable there. They're always nice and i never feel a thing. Finally a good dentist! The staff have always been very nice and I never have to wait that long. I highly recommend them if you are usually scared of dentists.

I can’t say enough about this office and their staff. Myself and my 3 kids all come here and they have always been so helpful and understanding. The assistants are so friendly and patient with my kids explaining everything and distracting them when needed.

I went here and they were not willing to to fix teeth only pull them out and do dentures with no temporary partial. No teeth while healing. Other places work with you more on your wants and needs. Other than that they've been ok when I take my kids. The ortho check in desk is all the way in the back so inconvenient and no wifi.

Went for a first time check up and saw dr Shah. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but when I insisted I had a tooth infection in the tooth he told me i needed a root canal on he told me he couldn't prescribe an antibiotic because 1 there's no infection, if there was "he would've noticed" 2 he didn't perform any work on me. So I called my primary dr to call in an antibiotic and wouldn't ya know it after 1 day taking it no more pain! I'd say there was an infection.

I feel confused. I had the best experience! The staff treated me so well and the Dr. was fantastic! This Sr. has restored my faith in going to the dentist. Patient, informative, and very kind. Thank you for being here for my dental needs.

Always a pleasant experience when I go. The ortho team is always extremely pleasant and helpful. They answer all questions fully. 10/10 would recommend for the ortho department as well as the dental. Ortho also allows payment plans which is great when insurance isn’t available to cover the cost.

Every time I come here I wait for hrs !! My apt was at noon and once again their late !! If we’re late we have to reschedule but they can be late !!! I hate this place with a passion !! I want to go back to my old dentist in Rockford !!! Why set a apt up if u don’t get in on ur apt time and it’s every time it never fails !! People have lives!!!

I’m pretty happy with this place. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is always upbeat, and it’s more reasonable to pay out of pocket here than at other nearby dentists offices. The work they’ve done on my teeth has been good and I keep coming back.

Office is clean and staff is very efficient. Leslie is very helpful and we didn’t have to wait very long and Dr. Mac is very good with my kids! Would highly recommend, great family dentistry practice.
