I went to that Dentist office a while back started off ok. I explained that I would be coming from work and that was ok however when they informed me my dental insurance hadn't payed the office I went ahead and payed cash. However I found out the insurance company did pay the office. I tried speaking with the dentist office about this issue. After trying for some time to get my money back and getting the insurance company involved I was able to get my money back. The staff was rude and very unprofessional after I ask for my money and I had to contact the insurance company. If the same staff is there I wouldn't recommend anyone This is my experience. Not to mention they were not good with my special needs child in my opinion. However they might have gotten better since then.

I have been suffering from minor headaches and next pain for awhile and Dr. Lance Martin suggested a mouth guard. He informed me that clinching or grinding teeth can cause these symptoms. I had tried OTC mouth guards, and found them bulky and uncomfortable so I wouldn't use them. I got fitted for a NTI mounth guard and WOW what a difference. It is small, compact, and I hardly notice it. I enjoy wearing it, and the headaches and neck pain are gone. Thank you to Dr. Martin and his amazing staff for suggesting, and not pushing a product onto me, but taking the time to listen and explain the product. I highly recommend Spring Valley Dental.
