I am so grateful for excellent dental care. Today I had a new crown placed and a filling replaced. I appreciate Dr. Owens willingness to work with me since I don't like using an anesthetic. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Dr Ames is awesome! I had a fear of the dentist from when I was younger. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, I had to have some work done, but he always put me at ease and made the work painless and easy. Very pleased with the friendliness of this office.

Dr. Martin and the staff at Spring Valley Dental are friendly, professional, and efficient. I was a patient for years then moved away for a time. When we moved back to the general area, I was excited to be able to return to this practice. I can always count on Dr. Martin to discuss costs of procedures ahead of time, and to explain everything he is happy or concerned about. Highly recommended!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed. I was provided with paperwork to fill out and once I returned it to the reception I sat back down and no less than 4 minutes went by and I was called back. My dental assistant was very professional, you could tell she had a ton of experience and knew what she was doing. She also provided a lot of education and walked me through every step and checked with insurance before doing anything to make sure what I needed was covered. Between her and Dr. Martin they answered all of my questions thoroughly!

Dr. Martin and his team of friendly, professional dental hygienists and office staff have been my choice for dental care for more than 10 years. They stay up-to-date on all the latest techniques and procedures and have performed everything from routine teeth cleanings and check-ups to crowns that are indistinguishable from real teeth to keep me smiling. Dr. Martin really has mastered both the science and the art of dentistry.

Dr Martin and his staff are amazing! They are professional, personable and make an efferent tomtruly know the client. If you’re worried or afraid, they will put you at ease and ensure your comfort while your dental work is completed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for about 10 years. I am a huge coward when it comes to dentists and I can say he and the staff will take whatever time is needed to take care of you and alleviate your fears.

I have had two crowns and some other work, without an OUNCE of pain. To give an example, when he gives an injection of novocaine (or whatever the numbing actually is now), you will feel virtually NO pain.

He does not believe in extra work if it's not needed. No extra crowns or dental work. I will say, costs are a bit higher than past dentists, but for me it is absolutely worth it!!!!

Everyone here is super nice and helpful. Got my Invisaligns here. Initially there was a mistake on their end about getting them ordered even though I was still considering whether I wanted to get them, so they offered me a generous discount of half-off to compensate that I simply couldn’t turn down. Also, after going through the full treatment to get my teeth straightened with the Invisaligns, but finding that my teeth still had some room to improve in terms of straightening out more, they offered to go through the process again free of charge so that I could get my teeth fully straightened out before moving onto a retainer. Should also note that my treatment was briefly interrupted by the pandemic breaking out, forcing them to close their office for a brief period. I feared that I wouldn’t be able to get the next set of trays I needed to continue my treatment, but Dr. Martin himself drove to my home and dropped off the rest of the trays I still needed in the mailbox on his own time. I can’t thank him enough for this and it was a joy working with him and everyone else. Awesome people who do great work and care about their clients! Very satisfied.

In the past, going to the dentist could make me feel anxious or nervous. Since I started seeing Dr. Ron Ames and the staff at Spring Valley Dental, that anxiousness is virtually gone. Dr. Ames is caring, very knowledgeable, and makes sure that I know what is being done prior to the start of the procedure. And we get in and out of the appt in good time. Great office and Dentist!

Every time I go to Spring Valley I am impressed with how kind & professional everyone is. From the front desk to the dental tech to the dentist. Everyone is wonderful. Neither I, or my son ever have any reservations about going to the dentist. It’s always a pleasure!
