From his Office Manager to Receptionist to Dental Hygienists to his assistants, ALL are high quality, professional people that will make you feel right at home and almost like a family member when you're there.
Love everything about this place right down to the decor and color schemes. Very beautiful and comfortable setting.

Dr Gallos and his staff are wonderful! He was able to get me right in to help with a very bad toothache which needed up with me needing 2 root canals. I have always been terrified of dentist but with him I'm so at ease. He is great. His hygienist are great ! Front desk girls are so polite and personable. My children and husband love going to his office. I would highly recommend heritage grove dental!

Dr. Gallos is wonderful! I have had horrible dentists in the past... some did more damage than good. Not one stopped to tell me why I was having issues with my teeth. Dr. Gallos sat next to me and explained exactly why my teeth tend to be more sensitive and that it’s not my fault and I’m doing great with my dental hygiene! I stopped being embarrassed about my teeth and needing extra care on them. I started taking my son there. He LOVES going! Today, he did not have a cleaning but I had a check up appointment. He was devastated he wouldn’t be seeing the dentist. I asked Dr. Gallos if I could FaceTime him really quickly with my son. Instead he got him a balloon and prize and walked out to the car (where my husband and boys were) and gave them their balloons and prize! My son can’t stop talking about how much he loves the dentist!
Dr. Gallos will remain our family dentist forever! We love him and all of his staff!

Our experience today was fantastic! I had to get a cleaning done, followed by a cleaning for my daughter (2) and had to bring my 1 year old son with. The staff was so accommodating and so helpful. The service was amazing and they are beyond great with kids. Dr. Gallos is so nice and makes my daughter feel super comfortable and safe. She stayed put for her cleaning (she sat on my lap while they did it) and got balloons and a special toy after. Plus got to pick out her own toothpaste flavor and fluoride flavor which helped her ease into the whole thing to begin with. I transferred here after my daughters 1st visit 6 months ago and am so happy I did!

My daughter and her family go to Heritage Grove Family Dental in Plainfield IL for their dental needs. When I mentioned to her that I needed a new bridge and what my dentist wanted for it, she suggested I make a appointment with Heritage Grove and get a second opinion.
I made a appointment and spoke with Dr.Pete Gallos, he told me what I needed to have done. It was the same as my dentist had said, but when I was informed of what my cost would be with Heritage Grove Dental versus my dentist, I was shell shocked! I couldn't believe what I was being told. I immediately made an appointment for the work to begin.
Had my temporary bridge fall out due to my flossing around it. I called Heritage Grove and they not only fit me in their schedule last minute but since my new permanent bridge had come in they took the time to put it in as well. Great people!

Great experience from walking in the door to walking out! They texted me to remind me of my appointment, which is great since it's every 6 months! Super friendly receptionist as well. My dental hygienist, Veronica (I think), was awesome! We chatted the whole time and she made me feel so comfortable I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Had a horrible experience at another dentist with my 2 year old and told them all about it and they gave me a book to take home to read with him to get him ready for a visit there! I already know he will do SO much better because they were all great! The dentist came in after my cleaning and explained the issues I've been having for years with my jaw that no one else had ever even mentioned even though I complained of pain! Highly recommend this office! Thank you!!!
