I could not have been more nervous going to see the dentist/get my teeth cleaned after more than 3 years of avoiding it. The staff could not have been more wonderful and I could not have had a better experience. Being 5 months pregnant, they took all precautions to make sure I was comfortable and no xrays were taken. My hygienist Rachel was so positive and took my anxiety away by working on me with care and gentleness. Dr. Gallos was very informative and gave me advice on tactics to help with nausea in the morning, the importance of cleanings even when pregnant, etc. I have never met such a down-to-earth doctor. The whole office was kind and helpful. I am looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months.

They all make sure you are comfortable during any procedure
and before you leave.
The associates also explain the cost and payment plans
to be able to pay the most convenient way.
They return calls promptly and make changes in scheduled
appointments to meet the needs of the patient.

Our Dentist retired so we needed to find a new dentist. I reached out to Heritage Grove on May 1st 2020, Candice emailed me back and told me they are booked until November 2020 but she can add us to the list. Today is April 19, 2021. I called to check what was going on and Candice told me they have no openings until July. I understand everything that’s going on with the virus but this is just crazy. This office lost out on loyal clients.

Wonderful experience and service from the beginning . Staff is very friendly and accommodating! They are great with kids too! I've been taking my daughter since she was about 2 or 3 years old. We always look forward to getting our teeth cleaned. We are happy to have Heritage Grove and Family Dental and Dr Gallos as our Family Dentist!

This doctor is one of the finest doctors I've ever been to In My Life he's kind and gentle the staff is absolutely wonderful the office is immaculate I needed a crown done and dr. Gallo's actually offered to take the old Crown off clean it take care of it make it all better for me for no cost at all what an amazing doctor and amazing staff I will refer them to everyone I know thank you again!!!!!! I just saw Dr gallos this afternoon with his wonderful staff I can't tell you enough what a wonderful wonderful place to visit for any kind of dental care I am so impressed with the passion and care you receive at heritage Grove dental Care, all I could say is outstanding!!!!!!!!

I’m extremely happy with Dr Gallos and his hygienist team.
My advice - Definitely try to get an appointment with them.
Dr Gallos is one of the good ones; he’s very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly.
Instead of immediately going to drill, he evaluates all of the options, walks you through it, and advocates for the least invasive and best outcome.
Cleaning appointments are way out, unless you’re willing to be flexible, but that’s because this is an excellent team.
Loves these people! I’ll be coming back.

Dr. Gallos was awesome! Took time out of his weekend to return my call for issues with a tooth ache. Office staff called me first thing Monday morning to make arrangements for an appointment. I was comfortable and at ease having a wisdom tooth pulled. Felt no pain during the process. I will definitely be coming back to Dr. Gallos.

After having some issues with my regular dentist I decided to find a new one that could themselves do a root canal and a crown so I wasn't having to bounce to one place or another. I looked in my surrounding area and as soon as I seen Heritage Grove and their 5 star reviews, I new I wanted to look into this dentist. I even changed/upgraded my insurance to be able to go here. Now where do I start... Dr. Gallos and his team from check in, to assistants, to check out are all amazing. Everyone just seems so happy to be at work which made my experience great. Dr. Gallos had to perform a root canal and a crown on one of my teeth and what a difference a root canal is now adays then 10 years ago. I came in super nervous cause of a horrible first experience with a root canal and Dr.Gallos made sure to answer any questions and assure me it'll be painless. AND IT WAS! He made sure I was nice and numb and if I felt any pain he immediately would stop. I couldn't believe how quick the root canal took for the appointments as well as the crown. I definitely plan on making Heritage Grove my new and permanent dentist. Reccomended hands down so call for your appointment! :-)
