They will honor your appointment if running a bit late, and always in the chair just minutes after arriving for an appointment. Everything from root canals and crowns to wisdom tooth extraction, Heritage Grove family dental is a great experience! Left my old dentist behind and gained a trusted friend Dr. Gallos!

My husband and I just started going here and have great experiences after our first few visits. The staff including Dr Gallos are very friendly, helpful, and also see us on time. There is a no pressure atmosphere. We are very pleased!

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist which prevented me from visiting any dentist for more years than I like to admit. Although I am still anxious, Dr Gallos and his team did everything in their power to eleviate my anxiety and make my treatment as bearable and pain free as possible. They are all so nice and dedicated to their profession. I highly recommend Dr Gallos and his team.

After our move about 2 years ago we switched dentist office and started seeing Dr. Gallos and office and I'm glad we did. He and his staff are by far the best dentist office we have been to. They are professional, skilled and friendly. In the past with other offices I found that our bill never seemed to add up or was always changing but at Dr. Gallos office it's always what I expect it to be. As mentioned before Dr. Gallos is very skilled and pretty much a 1 stop shop he does most if not all dental procedures in his office no need to see another dentist for braces, wisdom teeth removal, or root canals just to name a few. I thought I was going to need braces for some correction but he was able to offer alternatives that work best for me. I highly recommend his office.

We moved to the Naperville area about 15 years ago from Central Illinois. We had the same dentist for more than that amount of time because we would still travel downstate two hours every six months for our entire family's dental checkups. We finally found a suitable replacement in Heritage Family Dental. Rachel the hygienist was phenomenal in her warm personality and thoroughness. She shared how much she enjoys working for Dr. Gallos. I greatly appreciate the new office equipment and technology. Dr. Gallos is down-to-earth and very approachable, willing to answer any questions. I like that they don't try to sell new cosmetic procedures or recommend unnecessary services, which many dentists do in the Suburbs. I had to wait six months for my first appointment, which was in the evening after work.

So excited that Dr. Gallos, finally, has his own practice. I've already transferred all my records and can't wait for my 6 month check up, at his new office, in December. He has taken out my wisdom teeth, filled cavities and has done a few crowns for me. When you have that kind of work done, you are normally pretty nervous. But I knew since he was doing the work I'd be in the best hands possible. He is honest, funny and very caring. No joke and hands down the best dentist I've ever been too and trust me I've been to a lot!

It was a wonderful experience to have my teeth cleaned. Jo Ann was exceptional, caring (I was wearing a neckbrace and it was somewhat different to work on my teeth.), and knowledgeable. It was one of the best cleanings I ever had. Jo Ann was excellent, paid special attention to detail while working on my teeth. She is the best. Thankful to have her as my dental hygienist yesterday.

Please do yourself a favor and choose this man for you dentist! Dr Gallos made me feel at ease, explained everything thoroughly, did not pressure me into lots of expensive treatments. He is just fabulous! And I can say the same for the office staff. Having worked in my share of Drs offices I have very high expectations. My expectations were beat by s mile! Every person I had interaction with was friendly, kind and helpful. Seriously, check this office out. You will be so happy you did!
