I called to reschedule a cleaning and they are booked out for the REST OF THE YEAR. And she offered no alternatives. "We can call you if something opens up but right now you'll have to wait." So I have to wait a YEAR to get my teeth cleaned.
When you are at your cleaning and try to make your next appointment they are booked longer than 6 months out and you can't book more than 1 appointment to stay on track to get teeth cleaned every 6 months.
Too much success is not a good thing in this case- we've been going here since they opened practically- they have accepted too many new patients- so now they just lost 3 customers of 8 years. Unbelievable.

I was seen by Dr Gallos today for mouth pain. I was greeted promptly and in a very professional friendly manner. I was asked to fill out my paperwork than had a seat. I only waited maybe 2 minutes and the wonderful Carmen called me back, she explained all the new procedures to me, it's been a few years since I was there due to no dental insurance. Carmen took an xray very carefully and again professional. Dr gallos is so lucky to have her. Dr. Gallos came in looked at the xray and examined my teeth and explained everything he was doing ahead of time do personable and professional. I have a bad abscess, he explained what my options are and let me decide what to do. I will have my tooth pulled after taking a course of antibiotics. The front office staff explained what my insurance will cover and my cost and scheduled an appointment. Thank you Dr Gallos and staff for another great experience you all are awesome. I would definitely recommend Heritage grove to anyone wanting a great experience with very professional people.

They’re on time, organized, friendly, and always courteous and attentive of any questions you may have. They clearly explain and describe exactly what the procedure will entail and help you feel comfortable and at ease. I always look forward to going to the dentist because it feels like I’m catching up with good friends.

This was one of the best dentist experiences I've ever had. Staff and hygienist were super friendly. Office was really clean and modern. Cleaning and checkup was gentle and quite pleasant. That was a surprise. Doctor Gallos is very friendly, informative, and showed genuine care and concern for my dental situation. I'm glad to have found his dental office and highly recommend it.

Hands down the best dentist and staff, around! Today was my 2 year old son's first visit and the dental hygienist went above and beyond to make him comfortable.
