Would definitely recommend this dentistry in the past, not So Much Anymore. My son has been a patient with them for 10 years, and they are no longer able to schedule me appointments because of a couple I had to reschedule. To think that you would treat a patient that has been with you for 10 years like that, really says a lot about you. No longer with this dentistry and will soon find a different one to go

I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to cancel my vacation because of coronavirus, they called me 3 times Consecutively , it caused me to lose my phone call ,I was so upset, who wouldn't be . Well I have sent probably 20 kids there because I do foster care the people in the office was very rude and said they didn't want me back there well there is a lot of great dentist in Avon area and to be honest about them they are very over priced and not very friendly . I also had my teeth Whitened from there 350. Waste of money doesn't work at all at this office.

Well they schedule a procedure with you and then they tell you how much the insurance is going to pay and then how much you need to pay you pay your part the insurance pays their part and then they just go ahead and come to you after the procedure magically mysteriously and miraculously with another bill and you just keep paying LOL. Other than that they sort of seem like nice people.

Have always had a great experience with Dr. Mueller! However, today we were with Dr. Ashley and my 15 year old comes out crying because she be talked to her rudely about her dental hygiene. Instead of understanding the history of this child or talking with the parent she was rude and unprofessional. Dental issues are also hereditary, so instead of bashing someone for having cavities let’s talk about how to help the situation and not make a kid hate going to the dentist. We will be switching for sure. I don’t usually write reviews or complain but today was ridiculous!!!
