This place used to be a great place. I don’t know why they decided to hire the most incompetent and rude scheduling and billing staff they could find, but they are losing customers because of it. I had been going to this dentist for over 25 years, but I’ll never be back. Avoid these people like you do Corona virus.

I went to Associates in Family Dentistry in Avon for TMJ treatment. I caution you about going there. They insisted I needed a new mouth guard that had a hump on the upper right side of the roof of my mouth. I wasn’t sure about getting this because I already had a mouth guard. I went ahead with their treatment and purchased the guard. In 6 months time it moved all the teeth on the right side of my mouth! My teeth were straight before this happened! Now to fix my teeth it will take over 6100.00 with orthodontic work. Be more careful to find a dentist that knows what will make the teeth mobile.
