Dentistry Plus was a great place. I havent had good dental care in a very long time. All th staff was patient, warm and funny. I told them what I wanted and the did exactly that and worked with me to set up a percise treatment plan. Id recommend to anyone anytime!

Changed my positive review to a negative one. We saw no less than 6 different dentist in the last year. Dentist chairs were dirty at feet and my tooth required 3 times to get it right. Our family of 7 had dental insurance which paid for over 70% of our bill. But because we had brought them so much business we were told we could pay our balance over time. So an approximately $3000 bill slowly became $1300 after 10 months. I felt pretty good about that but we missed Sept. payment. We called and offered to catch up. After all we are good customers and have always paid on time. Seems reasonable to work with you customer right? WRONG - we were told pay you balance in full or we are sending you to collections. It made no sense, so I called corporate office. They agreed that what I was asking for sounded reasonable but it was up to the Dentist in charge. And Dr. Jane Harrison was having noting of it. ZERO mercy or understanding on the situation. 10 months or regular business and payments meant nothing to her and her staff. I was just a number on a old account from the previous franchise owner. They made me a offer to pay half my balance and they would call it even. I took that offer but it made zero sense to me. I was gonna pay them over time and keep all 7 of us coming with our insurance money to boot. CRAZY business decision. Well at least we won't have to put up with a new dentist every 2 months. Don't use and especially don't agree to any payment situation.

Dr.Schilling and the dental hygienists were exceptional! Very informative and made me feel very comfortable and cared about during my appointment. They were able to get everything done quickly and had a fun, positive attitude!

Beware! Told I needed a mouthful of crowns and bridge replacements on teeth not bothering me with no less expensive alternatives offered or discussed just crown, crown, crown...
Scare tactics used to sell you expensive treatments when less costly treatments are available. Spoke in the future not the present about teeth needing expensive procedures or it was all doom and gloom and you'll lose all your teeth. That's actually what the Dentist said to me "Your in danger of losing all your teeth" what BS.

Everyone were extremely polite and helpful. I was asked several times if I had any questions. They went over my plan of care with me and what my options were which made me more comfortable with the treatments I needed. I appreciate all the staff for welcoming me.

I have never been to a more thorough dentist. Everyone was super nice and friendly and seemed like they really cared. Usually when you go to the dentist you see the dentist once maybe twice while you are there. This dentist came in multiple times and actually did some of the work her self with the help of her assistant with suction and stuff. I have always been terrified of the dentist but they make it variable. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!
