And another amazingly cozy and comfortable appointment. These gals are very real, down to earth people. They laugh with or at you... Lol (sense of humor)
And they truly do give passionate empathy for those of us grown humans that are orally anxious.
They do a wonderful job at making you again... Feel Comfortable.
All of the staff I've met are... Kind, sincere, and very informative!
Also... They do a darn good job... Making mouths purdy again!!! :D
Would HIGHLY... Recommend them to those folks scared of dentists. They are great people! And truly do care about your oral health.

I find everyobe at this office to be extremely friendly, genuinely caring, and always ready and willing to answer my health and insurance questions. I have been a patient at this facility for many years through a variety dentists. Each and every one a very caring and pleasant personality. I highly recommend this dental office.

So initially it was a good experience, called and was able to be seen within 24 hours.. so thankful for the timing of a emergency.. I followed through with the treatment of an extraction on my lower left #19, also I had infection in my nerve on tooth 18 and 19.. referred to endodontist for root canal treatment on #18 and #19 was extracted.. So I received no antibiotics for the infection and no simple pain medication at all for my pain after the extraction... After she stated I had pain and infection in both teeth... We all know I should have received both medication for my procedure plus the tooth that is still infected and needs to root canal as soon as my insurance gives to a endodontist in my network.. Tooth extracted with pain after the procedure... Make sure you stand firm in receiving you antibiotics and a mild pain medication that is needed from this procedure... Had to call 2 times to get just an antibiotics Tylenol 3 would have been good... even if it was just 6 pills... I wouldn't go back to them just because she didn't care about my level of pain after the procedure and how I would be over the next 48 hours... Sad that this is the type of Doctor's or in my case Dentist that only got production today with collections with no care for her Patient!!

Overall I was very impressed by how kind and efficient everyone was. They made sure that I knew about everything and went through it enough that I understood what was happening. I heard other customers being rather difficult and Dr. Monsma was able to explain the procedures and put every patient at ease. I don't think people switch dentists often, but Dr. Monsma has got my mouth covered for as long as I live in the area. 10/10

My appointment was at 11:00 and I didn’t see the doctor until sometime after 12:00. Other than that everyone was very pleasant. And I think that chairs need to be turned 180degtees.

I broke a front crown off at 3 pm. They got me in within a half hour. Explained all my options for my situation and had me out of the office in time to make my dinner and shopping date with my great granddaughter. Way to go! Thanks a million.

I’ve never been in a doctor’s office that had a more caring and compassionate staff. They are not only very good at what they do, but they all seem to enjoy their jobs. If you need a dentist, I’d highly recommend this office.
