Made a dentist appointment for a check up which for all dentists that I have ever taken my daughter to means cleaning and X-rays and was told after they did an X-rays that she had 4 cavities and we would have to schedule for this but they didn't even clean my daughter's teeth and I asked why and she looked at me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. When I brought up why she was not getting her teeth clean today,, she comparied their practice to a car mechanic shop getting an evaluation done.
Lol. I was like what are you talking about I brought my daughter to get a check up and her teeth cleaned. I took off work for nothing but X-rays! This dentist office has real issues and that is why they are taking walk-ins .

Nice office. Has a wonderful atmosphere, can tell staff is dedicated to your best dental health.Make sure to bring insurance and driver license along or You will not be seen! I really wanted to have my dental work done here (and it was going to be a huge amount of money spent as well as my husband was getting ready to make a appt as well and spend a great deal himself as well)I got to my appointment and since I am in the process of renewing my license I was not seen,frustrating and a waste of my time as well as theres. I have my dln as well as a copy of my license on my phone. I understand people do shady things ,however I have all my information that verifies me. Was impressed with the office when I first walked in which makes it even more of a bummer . If for some reason you all can take my license I will gladly mail it to you and the office email.

The new dentist that is in this office now as of 1-30-19 is when my appt was, is so much more professional and seems to be way more experienced and a whole lot more knowledgeable as to what she is doing in dentistry!!! I was almost to the point after this visit to never return to this office again! It is very hard and frustrating to go into a dentist office without any pain, them tell you that you have a cavity, get it filled to then have so much pain in that area of my mouth every time I try to eat food for 3 mo ths straight!! Then for them to tell you that it just needs time to heal! What!!?? So I went into the office on this day having my mind made up that it would be the last visit and I would not be returing back ever again but to my surprise the previous dentist that was there and did the work on my teeth was no longer there and had been replaced with another dentist. Right away this new dentist was able to see and fix the problem that the previous dentist had made during her work to my teeth and so far after 1 day, I already have some relief!! It feels so good to finally have an answer as to why I have been in unnecessary pain for the past 3 months! So, I know this is my 1st experience with this dentist so far but it is definitely worth me going back and I am so happy that I have a dentist that so far I can trust! For me it is scary to even go through the experience of even having to go to the dentist in general and I do not look forward to ever going but it sure does make life easier knowing that I can trust my dentist and feel comfortable with her and going to my appointments! If you have any doubts about this office or have heard bad things in the past about their dental work prior to Jan 30, 2019 please know that there is a new dentist in this office now, the previous dentist is no longer there and it is worth a try making an appointment and giving them a try to see how you like them!!!
