I have never left a google review, so the fact that I am needing to is saying something I feel.
After not going to the dentist for a few years, I now have great dental insurance through my work so I came in for the first time back in the spring of this year. Just a normal routine cleaning with no problems. Had a great visit and was very comfortable there, which is why I feel this is so disappointing. I went ahead and scheduled another visit for this past August. For reasons unforeseen to me I could not make my second appointment and planned on rescheduling once I figured out my new schedule. But I just got home and received a random bill of $45 for missing my appointment. I was never advised of the charge or made aware there would be a fee if I could not make my appointment or reschedule within a certain time frame.
So I will be paying the fee which I was never advised of, and I will be looking for a different dentist. Unfortunate to have a great first visit and have it ruined before even returning for the second visit.

I let them do alot of work for me and they are not the best but I was giving them a chance since I had already TRIED to stay dedicated to them. I got fillings but I still feel hot and cold on my teeth. And 2 I believe came out. I got braces for 6 months but had to be for longer because they made one of my wires go the wrong way which made my tooth TURN the wrong way. Had the nerve to ask me why didn't I say anything? Well.... im not the dentist. I paid everything actually. I move far east but tried to set up an appt to get a new retainer but they don't take clients after 4pm so it was hard for me to make it out that way. I recently tried to call after 2 years to set up a cleaning, they said I missed 1 apps so they cannot ever take me again. I cant even remember me missing ANY appointments. I just never returned the phone call of when I wanted to pick up my retainer... just bc i stayed far east. 1 time. Wow. So ill say.... there are more dentists in the city... its been times where they had to reschedule me at the last minute. But I never fussed. Paid all bills ON TIME!

Upon checkout, I got an unpleasant surprise of a $45 cancellation bill from Oct of 2020 when Covid was in full swing. I’m positive I canceled that appointment timely but either way, if I didn’t...THEY should have called me themselves to cancel it or to reschedule since the pandemic was in full swing at that time. NOT happy.
Update: They continue to harass me about this $45 every time I go back and I have to explain all over again that I’m not paying it and why. Each time they say they’ll ‘look into it’ and the next time I come, I’m asked about it all over again. 🙄

I'm 6 months pregnant with my first child, so when I started having issues with my gums I was not only shocked (I've never had tooth/gum issues) but was also concerned with my overall oral health. I had my first visit here today and not only was the entire team extremely friendly, but my hygienist Brittany was very gentle AND very thorough with my cleaning! One of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's/dentist office, if not the best.
