I used to come here for years. After changing jobs the receptionist told me that I was covered under my insurance to get fillings. Around a week later I got a letter in the mail telling me that I had to pay for the fillings out of pocket. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was but I would not have done the fillings if they didnt tell me I was good to go. After fighting with the insurance company the amount due had to go to collections. And because of that now I can’t get an appointment.

Absolutely a fabulous experience, I rather nervous about dental work had some serious damage and was taken care of gently and quickly highly recommend a true artist my teeth look great and I feel great knowing I have found a dentist to take of my needs going forward

I usually don't leave feedback or reviews for bad service but I felt I had to this time. The story started after I lost a small filling, so I scheduled an appointment for as an emergency to get this taken care of before it gets too late. First they insisted that I needed full mouth x-ray to get this little filling done ! (confirm previous review concerning more services more money but no problem here since insurance is paying for it. cool). So after almost an hour with an trainee we finally got the full mouth x-ray done successfully! Bravo. (no problem at to this point i'm very patient) When the doctor come in and did a full exam / inspection he said that the teeth is too big and would need to be rescheduled !!!!! Really ??? I called for an emergency filling not a full mouth x-ray and exam (about 70min)?! and worse the next available exam was after a week. So basically during this two weeks, making story short, my tooth got infected and required a root canal + crown about $1000 out of pocket plus all the hassle. Thank you for the great service.

Dr. Weida and his staff are friendly, compassionate professionals who take excellent care of mine and my family's dental needs. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my daughter who has aspergers, although she is high functioning, she still needs to be told what is going on. Both the surgeon Dr. Hostalet and Dr. Sitaram talked to my child and told her step by step what was going to happen prior to doing anything as did the nurses. They even told her what to expect over the next few days at home. The staff was very welcoming and called us by name even on our first visit! We felt like family, not just another number. They took time and made us feel comfortable and kept the parent with the child as much as possible up until actual surgery and brought me back right after. We came for oral surgery but switched dentist immediately because of how we were treated here compared to other dentitst in town. I highly recommend Dental Solutions of Columbus and Avon

Had 5 fillings done today all at once. YIKES! I have always been nervous at dental appts but this office staff and doctor by far are the best I have ever encountered. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be my permanent go to dr! If your looking for good quality care, check them out!

We are new to the area and were referred to Dental Solutions do ot a chipped tooth. Very friendly and professional staff in this office. My tooth was painlessly repaired by John Weida, who took his time to explain the procedure and how to prevent future problems.

I've had a root canal and other work done here about 3+ years ago. Every single tooth that this place worked on is now bad. Either needs crowned, and the tooth I got a root canal on has a broken crown! I spent over a $1000 on ONE procedure at this place only to have to repair my teeth again. The way they do crown is so messed up. In my opinion I think it's better to wait a few days while a quality crown is made rather than print it out in the next room in 20 minutes. Try another dentist!!!

My family had used this dentist for roughly between 6 and 7 years. Mostly my wife and kids had used them. Well in late 2015 I had a toothache and ended up going in and having work done and after having work done sat down and setup a treatment plan which we discussed and told them I couldn't afford the money that they were talking especially with Christmas around the corner so we came up with a new treatment plan in which meant doing some extractions rather than root canals because my insurance would cover it that way and we split the work so that it could be all covered by insurance well all the work was finished up in January couple months went by and now I get a bill in the mail for almost $500 call them and they say well ur insurance didn't cover this or that well I would have never had the work done had they told me there was that much out of pocket involved....Please beware all they can say now is well we can work out a payment plan. So basically as the customer Im supposed to just eat there screw up well sorry don't feel that's my responsibility

It was a great experience!! My dental hygenist, Breanna, did an amazing job! She was friendly and caring about my dental health. I would definitely recommend her.
