I am pregnant with my first child and quite naturally very afraid any pain or sickness will have on our baby. Although I wasn't a current patient of Dr Kirchner, my husband contacted him late one evening. I was experiencing some major toothe pain. We called Dr Kirchner and he answered all of questions and each one of our five phone calls, LOL! He offered to come into the office after hours to examine me, but my husband and I finally opted to come in first thing the next morning. When we arrived Dr Kirchner was right there early that morning with a smile and a welcome. The atmosphere was great. And the team members were cordial and very helpful. Win! Win! We found our new family dental office!

My first red flag should have been when they scheduled a root canal the day after getting a crown on that same tooth. The endodontist was surprised, and warned me that the root canal could break my crown, causing me to need another.
I feel like I was simply milked for money. I trusted them because you should be able to trust your doctors. I was 32, and I was already brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash every day. In the course of my time with Kirchner dental, I've been told I needed 4 root canals. I've gotten multiple crowns. Over $5,000 out of my own pocket in just a few years. But they were ok with potentially breaking a crown the day after I got it, assumedly because they would be able to charge me for another.

Meena helped get my fillings done in my left side, I was patient but I felt very good while getting done. If anyone is scared of getting fillings done, Kirchner and Meena did me good!

It is no wonder that Jeffersonville smiles! Entering Dr. Kirchner’s office the receptionists welcome with pleasant smiles. Everyone, dentists, assistants - everyone is pleasant - and smiling. The equipment is the most modern I have seen. The service is superb. For years my fillings had trapped the dental floss several times each week. After repairing the fillings flossing is no more a problem! My sweetheart and I are now so glad to be receiving services at “Jeffersonvillesmiles!” Thank you Dr. Kirchner and everyone in the office. You make mouths happy!

This place is great; amazing staff! Also they explain everything and make you feel comfortable. The office manager sits down with you and will discuss your insurance and everything it covers and what you would have to pay out of pocket. She plans everything out for you and will help you with anything you need. Love this place.
