Kirchner Dental

Dr. Kirchner and Meena did a great job on my root canal and crown. Everything seemed to go smoothly and quickly. They were able to fit me in for my crown to be put on the same day even with my jaw being usually difficult to work with! I highly recommend Dr. Kirchner and Meena!

Going in for dental work is NEVER a fun thing. Having a filing is my least favorite due to the numbing shot... But Dr. Kirchner and his staff have completely changed the way I feel about dental work. Not only was the process as a whole smooth and simple...They used "The Wand" for the numbing part of the process and I did not feel a thing. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I will always recommended Kirchner Dental.

Since the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. (Defintely helped with me being nervous) I didnt wait at all and got a same day new patient appointment. Dr Kirchner explained everything very well and in detail. Alisha the dental assistant was so sweet and reassuring that they were going to take great care of me. I highly recommend them.

I hadn't been to a dentist office in 12 years, due to fear and no dental insurance. The staff here made me feel welcome and took care of me from the minute I walked in the door. Thought I found a great dentist. I was wrong. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes. Left the appointment thinking everything financially was taken care of. 3 months later I get a surprise bill of almost $400 extra dollars. Cost me about $1,000 dollars total for a drill and fill. Kept asking for a breakdown of what I paid and why the surprise bill. They kept avoiding that. Had to go their office to get the breakdown. After I looked at it, I asked if I was in network. They avoided that question. I asked again and was told no I wasn't. That's why it cost me so much. Why couldn't you just be honest up front? If it wasn't for this I would have loved the place.
***UPDATE*** they have since written off my balanced owed due to any misunderstandings. I have decided to upgrade from a 1 star to a 4 star due to this. Dr Kirchner is a great dentist and has a very friendly staff. My advice for anyone is to contact your insurance company yourself and make sure that they are in network. I am thinking this was the main reason for the surprise bill.

I'm not a fan of the dentist. It's been a long time since I had been to one. Dr. Kirchner and the rest of the staff have been nothing but accommodating. They will do everything in their power to make you comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

I happily give Kirchner Dental a 5 star rating! Dr. Kirchner and his staff are all so friendly, caring and kind! Each employee gives the patient their undivided attention. The staff is very thorough and the facilities are state of the art! I would recommend anyone to visit Kirchner Dental for all your dentistry needs!
