Cannot express the gratitude for the staff at the New Albany location. They were able to get me in and help alleviate the pain I was having with my dental needs. The staff went above and beyond and were just all around great people. Most people hate going to the dentist, but this puts a new positive perspective on going. No more smile for me. I went to Denzinger for a front tooth crown. I realized the crown did not match my teeth, it wasn't shaped right nor did it cover my tooth. When I brought this to their attention, they said they weren't magicians and there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favor and go to a dentist that cares and does the job right.
