Dr. Ryan P. Shaw (Dr. Ryan) shows exceptional empathy, respect, concern and gentleness while engaging in my rehabilitative dental work. His Dental Assistants are equally concerned, add humor and clarification, show x-rays and photos to calm and clarify the dental procedures which I've invested in this spring and summer of 2022.
I have one friend who was able to schedule an appointment within a week, with Dr. Ryan;. Meanwhile over the past month, she had several other dental offices turn her down once she had driven over 40 miles one-way into their DSM Metro offices. Unstated was her loss of time, travel, and her growing frustration.
Dr. Ryan has a sense of humor which emerges in his conversations with patients and staff. His sense of balance per science and art are apparent in the conscientious professional work he did on my cavities.
I would recommend the young, talented, respectful, empathetic, respectful and conscientious Dr. Ryan P. Shaw to you, your family, neighbors and co-workers,

After my longtime dentist retired, I was naturally wary of going to someone new but Dr. Biegert has been a delight so far. He has a kind demeanor that immediately puts you at ease, and he earned my trust by not pushing procedures on me that I don't need like some doctors do. The way he explains things makes me feel like he has my best interests at heart. I also love Sandy who has cleaned my teeth for years. Unlike a lot of other dental hygienists, she has a soft touch when it comes to cleaning, and her friendly, caring personality can't be beat.
