This was my first dental visit in close to a decade, and I was very, very scared and anxious to go. However, every single member of the staff was kind and made me feel comfortable and a thousand times less afraid. Nobody shamed me for not seeing a dentist in the past, and everyone was understanding and helpful. I am happy I chose this office, and I would definitely recommend it!

Unaffordable price. Told us we HAD to do a deep cleaning which they wanted to charge $700 before ins, before they would see us. All I wanted was a regular teeth cleaning, but they wouldn't let me.

This location is horrible, the office staff is uneducated and don’t know what they are doing, appointments are a month out and I went in with severe pain and told them I had no money and no insurance and they send me home with a $100+ toothbrush, this location is all about money and could care less about you. They will charge you unnecessary things you don’t need. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Will never go back to this location ever again. This is a common occurrence and not just my opinion, just read up on their past class action lawsuits and you will see many people complaining about these scam artists

I recently relocated to Des Moines and today was my first visit here. They were polite, courteous and professional.
I had a broken tooth that had bothered me for 2 weeks and they were actually able to work me in for an extraction after my initial exam instead if having to come back.

The doctors are great... the Scheduling team, the finance/billing personnel never researched an issue or followed up. The staff was a rotation of new people. Many mistakes made on the start that never resolved. Paid up front amount due for all process to later be billed more. Again research was to be done and follow-up. Barely able to wear the product made due to issues and raised concerns. Many appoints had to be re scheduled due to staffing issues.

I’ve tried calling multiple times to setup a patient care relationship and the scheduling and financial office is slow. They won’t return your calls. Pretty ridiculous especially when you are trying to do business with them. Avoid—waste of time!

I had a great experience today which was an emergency work in. Everyone was very helpful and professonal. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful to all of my needs. From exray, the exam, and the Dr. was easy to talk to and very informative. He answered all of my questions. From there they worked me in for a cleaning. This was part of my work to get me ready for the partial.
