Excellent dentist office. We have seen been treated by all the Drs. at this office at one time or another and they are all very knowledgeable. Better yet they understand each patient's individual needs and work with you to get your mouth healthy. This is by far the best dentist office we have ever been to. The office staff here is also always very pleasant cheerful. We are glad we found Fleur Dentistry for our dental needs.

So everything was fine, I went in a few months ago because my tooth had broken and was hurting. They put in some stuff to temporarily cover it and make it last a few month until I can get back in. Fast forward to today, the DAY BEFORE my appointment to get everything else checked to see if theirs any other things that need done first. And they just called and said they need to cancel it... okay. I have a tooth that is chipping and was supposed to be examined at the time. But because they didn’t make notes of this they just wanna cancel and tell me to re schedule. So why am I being told the day before when my girlfriend got a email a month ago about her appointment at the end of this month saying they are cancelling her appointment! But I get a call, the day before and get told to basically deal with it and re schedule!? Yea. I’ll never return to this place, and me working with a lot of people every day I’ll ensure to never recommend this place again. No excuse to wait the day before to try and cancel a appointment you knew about for months, and have the time to email/call to cancel appointments months out but you wait until the day before to cancel mine. When it was initially scheduled for a broken tooth.

I have been going to Fleur Dentistry most of my life. They handled a lot of dental problems I had when I was a child, and I still go there regularly for routine cleanings. The staff has always been great and the offices are continuously being updated to use the latest technology. My visits here have been very comfortable and efficient, and I would recommend Fleur Dentistry to everyone.

Dr Mike, Becki, Nadine, Dana, Jeanne, Jess and all the girls are freaking awesome! I've been going to Fluer for a little over 3 years. Ive never had a bad experience with them. They're very professional and smart and have great senses of humor too. They take the time to explain the procedure before and after. Dr Mike knows I don't like pain and he goes the extra mile to ensure my comfort. With over 3,000 clients they remember things about my personal life and are genuinely interested and concerned. I like to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment just so I can visit with them. I wouldn't mind getting a part time job there. I can't think of a negative thing to say. There's a reason CityView voted then number one in Des Moines. Love love love my Fluer Dentistry girls, and Dr Mike too even tho he's a Hawkeye fan. I found them after reading a review of them online, I hope this review does the same for someone! .

Everyone is so kind! Had a bad tooth infection and couldn't find anyone that would see me for at least two weeks until I found them. They got me in that same day and was very nice. I've been with them for about two years now and tell everyone who's looking for a dentist that they are the ones to go to!
